I bought a shirt from this site and thought i could give the shirt as a xmas present. The item came but the print on it is horrible, they state that the shirt is gildan cotton and that was incorrect is 100% heavy cotton! I have contacted them now several times and still have not heard back from them. The shirt is too small, print is horrible, cotton not as described and overall just a crappy made shirt. Please beware before purchasing anything from this site.

Why is it that people who complain seem to be the only ones show post on review sites? I found the coolest Kenny Powers costume for Halloween on this site. I ordered a few days before Halloween. I sent an email and asked if there was enough time to get it by Halloween. They told me yes and I did get it in time for my Halloween party. I was just searching for the site again and I came across these bad reviews. All I have to say is that I had a great experience with their customer service department — plus they have a bunch of cool shirts.

Ordered a shirt….was too small. Website says they will exchange if you pay shipping. Multiple emails before they answered. Simple stuff like…what address do I mail the shirt back to took DAYS? They wanted me to send shirt back with cash for return shipping. Stupidly I did it….did track package. Took 2 days to arrive to them. More than a week now and still no exchange. Customer service they could care less about.

I ordered 2 shirts from vintagecotton.com and I did get them both. One was fine, but the second one had one sleeve longer than the other by an inch or two. I noticed this after I was wearing it and once you see it, you can't not notice it.

I contacted the site, explained the problem, and asked for an exchange: no reply.
I contacted them again asking for them to make good on providing a t-shirt that is cut correctly: still no reply.

Its pretty obvious they don't care about their customers or getting repeat business. Poor customer service and inferior quality shirts = do not shop on this site…

I ordered a t-shirt from this site on November 2, 2009 and have still not received it. (today is June 28, 2010) I tried emailing and calling and leaving a message, but to no avail. They did take my $24.74, however, – no problem there – and never refunded it. Buyer beware, I feel this site is fraudulent.

I purchased a T-Shirt from vintagecotton.com to show it off to friends and strangers, on a trip that I leave on in a few days, to get people to say "Whoa! I remember that! That's a nice shirt". Now, 1 week later, still have not received my item. Now, here are the details…. Their site says all orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped on the following day and that continental orders will take 3-8 days for delivery. I placed my order at 10AM EST, thus my order should have been shipped on that day. I got a confirmation of the purchase, but never a shipped confirmation. I figured since they ship by USPS there was no need for it. So after waiting a week and still no T-Shirt in the mail, I start to wonder: Did I get ripped off? A couple hours later I get an email… WHAT DO YOU FREAKING KNOW!? My order has finally been shipped!

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!!
