Purchased a large quantity of one item online, I would have been okay if they said they couldn't fulfill the stock, but instead they came back and said they do not carry the item, and the price was $20 more expensive per unit. After I got the guys email, I went back to the site, they are still advertising the old incorrect price and advertising its in stock. Its a waste of time and a gigantic bait in switch. Idiots need to learn how to do business.
Don't believe me? Look up calhountech.com, reseller ratings if you don't believe me. They have a 1/10 star profile, plenty of people will say the same thing as I do.

The first rule of any IT company is never buy brand new IT equipment for your accounts or you are going to be losing money. If you know how to fix this stuff, never buy it at full price. Sites like this is how my company turns a profit. They don't always have what I need but they do most of the time. Good job guys, keep it up and I am writing a review so you will stay in business.

Ordered a HD with overnight delivery. It was shipped ground delivery. I called to inquire and they told me they would ship another one and I never heard back from them. Called again the next day and the rep was completely rude and telling me that my story was 'flawed' but then soon realized that I was correct but still maintained his unprofessional attitude. After a while, he reluctantly refunded me the difference between the ground and overnight shipping. Will never buy from them again. Mistakes happen, but a poor business attitude is inexcusable.
