They will send an anonymous 鈥滶NFORCEMENT鈥?text saying someone will be behind your door within a week. And then in about 10 minutes another text telling you to call them and you can write off your debt. Dodgiest marketing tactics ever. Avoid like the plague.

Only gave 1 star as I had to. Complete con artist.. Seriously stay clear as they will only do more harm than good.
They buy information from companies, claiming to cut 80% off debt. I got this through a txt so they have my mobile and address..
If I could write what I truly thought then Mr review would not be allowed.
They prey on the weak, play your fears to lul you into the hope of getting yourself sorted. I'm in trouble but simply by cutting back and proper budgeting, I am very slowly sorting it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE. ONLY SEE A REAL COMPANY THROUGH A DEBT CHARITY.

Called out of nowhere with a ref of "james".. Talking about a debt that doesn't exist.. gave more reference to a place never lived at.. Complete scam artist should be reported.
*edit the number they called on is now not recognized .. So it looks like they are changing numbers frequently.. Very dodgy*

I was cold-texted by this company. They offered to write off 80% of my debt after rerouting me to their website requesting my address. I filled it in and was contacted the next day by a man through a mobile number – when asked how they knew of me, my number and the fact I was in debt the male on the phone adamantly denied ever having my information and told me I鈥檇 contacted them by filling in the information on the website THEY themselves texted me.

I stood my ground and told the male I knew that to be false and had timestamped texts to prove it, he finally relented and admitted he had bought my third party information. I immediately told him I鈥檇 heard enough and said goodbye before hanging up. He then called me back until I was forced to block his number.

Do not trust a company who lies to you and gaslights you within the first 30 seconds of a phone call. If you鈥檙e in debt, use the services through the government website and deal with it directly. These people want your money for a service you can access yourself for FREE, you can also get free help from citizens advice if you struggle with the forms. Most likely a scam preying on vulnerable people in debt looking for a way out, avoid.

The 鈥?0%鈥?debt write off I was offered is impossible with the amount I owe. I know this for fact as I鈥檝e already attempted to do this through the government services (for free I might add) and was told it was not possible, no charge. These people will charge you to tell you what you already know, or can find out for free. More debt for you, doesn鈥檛 sound like a good deal to me – don鈥檛 let these people take advantage of you.
