First they built the website to make people think they're shopping for items in the US. Most people don't even realize they are purchasing from China and the shoes will be shipped from there. It takes about a month to get them. In my case they arrived about two size too large even though they say size 11 .5 they are more like 13. About 2 inches too long for me. I contact them about this and they said I have to return to China at my cost. These people are nothing short of criminal.

Do not trust this site. They ship from China and it takes forever to receive your item. They also bate and switch and send you an entirely different item then you ordered. Then they refuse to make it right by saying the item they send was the item you ordered.

Look elsewhere! Chinese crap!These people at Calceus are not to be trusted. Shipped order, arrived 4 weeks later. Ordered size 10 US, they sent Euro 45, that's 11.5US.
Contacted, return at my cost to China or Canada. I said not my fault, they need to pay return. They offered me 15% return of money, and told me to give them as gift, or sell them????
What a bunch of crooks!
Will be contacting credit card company to get credit for both pairs since they screwed me around! Don't buy their items. If you don't take my review seriously, then I only wish you the best.
Fraudulent company! No phone support! Cheaply made! Shipping was slow! Terrible support of product return/credit.

NEVER, NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCT IS LOUSY AND IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT, WELL FORGET IT. HAS TO SENT CHINA OR CANADA AND COSTS A FORTUNE. JUST DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR $$$ AND THROW OUT THE SHOES TOO.

I sent back my sneakers for a refund. required to use the USPS, it cost me 50% of the price I paid for the sneakers!!! Needless to say, I will not be able to purchase anything through Calceus again.

They really SUCK I don't think they are a legitimate comp. It took a month and a half to get a pair of sandals the wrong size and defective i can't believe I felt for their crap they also don't pay for the shipping cost on returns. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY.

I ordered one pair of black skate shoes and received a totally different style that looks nothing like the shoes that I had ordered. I took a picture of the shoes that I received and put it on my profile picture that's the only way I could have added a picture for you to see I received the wrong shoes or maybe that they had been substituted instead?

Face masks don't seal and I exhale into my eyes. Can't get comfortable with them.

I orderd 4 covid-19 masks on approximately on or about April 6th. To date, I have not received them or any notification as to whether they have been shipped. I paid through paypal and the money has already been taken from my account. Please update me on my order .

Not one email or text letting me know about my order delivery!

Very Poor. On Feb 27 I placed an order and got a confirmation email that my order was being processed and that I would be emailed when shipped. I heard nothing more. My cc was charged.
On Mar 10 I wrote their message board to contact me about my order. Nothing. On Mar 13 I again wrote their message board to contact me and also called the 888 number. It is disconnected or Out of Order.
I then wrote my c c company to investigate. On Mar 18 I received my order. No email, no return call, nothing.

Honestly I really love the shoe and have plan in getting me a black pairs pretty soon

I never received my shoes.

Long waiting period, the ordering process ends up with wrong size merchandise, they say that they do American sizes, but act as if they don't understand them to real you around to steal your money. If you place an order make sure you read the return process carefully they don't stick to it.

I received my purchase a week ago. The shoes are really comfortable to walk in. I have received many compliments on how good they look.
