Malesh, when will you give back my money? Two months back you took cab services from me as you don't have any cabs and you always out sources to others (this what you told me when you asked for my cab) – this cab was for your online booking customer – Ooty trip and still have not given my money. These days you are Not picking up call nor repling to my messages. Your office address you have provided in Google is not true – it will take you to the middle of the road in Indiranagar and it is not even a proper place. It's been two months that you are conveniently escaping by giving dates to return my money. I need my money now. Because of the way you handle this I am already in trouble & I also need to make the payments for the cab service which took 2 months …….GIVE BACK MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!!!

The service provided was very good. The driver was courteous, informed and driving was smooth. Overall nice experience.

Definitely ill prefer calcabz for any future trips. It was an emergency when googled for private travels i got calcabz , i took the number and i called up at 1.30am to the number, Mr, Mallesh of calcabz picked the call at 1.30am and i asked info regarding charges. They told me to check website and make the advance payment online. I was little hesitant since it was first time with calcabz. I made the payment and immediately Innova was arranged. And after the trip i forgot about advance amount which i had paid and i called up Mr, Mallesh and asked for refund, within 2 min they transferred money to me. Trustworthy people including driver. Thanks calcabz.

They take deposit as the booking charge which is 25% of the booking and then cancel it at the very last moment and then when you ask for refund they don't pay you back.

They are completely unethical and fake people..can cancel your paid cab at the last moment. Had extremely bad experience with these people. We booked our cab for kerala and had paid half amount upfront at the time of booking. Just at the time of leaving they cancelled the cab..not a single good reason..no refund..nothing. If you are wanna go outstation..just dont trust them. They can spoil you entire trip. Avoid trip to consumer court and have a good holiday. Dont trust them.

This is a cheat company, they should be punished, they took advance and did not provide the cab, now they are not returning the advance. They do not answer the call, do not reply to the mail. It has been more than 2 months and they have not returned the money. We should all get together and logde a complain against them. Please do not fall for this cab service, they will take money and flee.

I went to Mysore. Driver was supportive and had all the information about trip locations. Price wise cheaper than other service providers.

Compared with other transport price was good but the only things need to be improve the tax invoice bill along with all details service tax or GST etc.

One of the worst experience we faced in this trip
Driver was supposed to start the trip by 6 but it was started by 6.30, the vehicle came was not alloted to me some other vehicle came and they said they will change near Kengeri . For this shifting process he was roaming in city like anything( I guess that vehicle is on the way to Bangalore)

We changed around 9oclock after Wonderla

After changing to the new vehicle the main picture starts

Driver is not aware of anything, we requested to stop him for breakfast and he stopped at a very local shop, and said all the good ones already left before we change the vehicle

He was not aware of any route everything need to put in maps

He has no idea about Mysore, for small things also he will take many u turns, most of the time was spent on this

Apart from this there were his friends also came to Mysore and he wants to join with them for this he was misguided us to visit the places in wrong timings,

Completely this trip was waste of money we ended up with seeing nothing,

Not recommended travels

Driver came to the location on time. He drived very safety in normal speed. He is well experience in coorg location where we have covered most of the location on plan.
