My 17 year old daughter spent 拢90 of hard earned cash on on two dresses, they arrived and were awful. She tried to call/contact the company for a refund, eventually given an address to return the dresses, (same as in a reply below) which she did in May (another 拢14) it鈥檚 just been returned 5 months later saying 鈥檛oo late to return!鈥?br />
Complete Scam – avoid

I wish I had seen this website BEFORE purchasing. Ordered a jacket in Dec, Arrived in Feb. TOTALLY not the quality that was shown in the photo !! Contacted them, for which they provided me with an address of where to send the item. Which I did within 10 days.
It is now July 2019, and I am CONSTANTLY asking them to REFUND me for which they continue to give me the run around. Like asking me for the tracking #, and the address…not once, not twice but several times. I scanned over the tracking receipt and a copy of the email with their provided address for the return.
NO REFUND. This has been an ongoing battle.

Didn鈥檛 want me to return items. Tried to dissuade me not too. I posted them back to China and they refused the package and I can not get a refund. The clothes did not look like the pictures. There was a clear difference between the look and the materials used. I never take the time to right reviews unless i鈥檝e received exceptionally good or bad feedback. Please don鈥檛 waste your money shopping on Calakitty.

This company is not a reputable company. I received an item that was damaged and I returned it on 4/24/19 in order to receive a refund. The company is telling me that they refunded me on 4/20/19 (prior to my return) and that if I still haven't received it that I need to go to a local bank and ask them for the refund….??? This is obviously a Chinese company because none of this makes any sense. I will be filing a dispute on PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I never received the full order I paid for!!!! The beautiful Silk business blouse was a Childs cotton button up. They are scammers….BEWARE!!!!!!! I have never received 2 of my items and they will not cancel the order and issue a refund….They employ stall tactics and lies!

I received 1 out of 2 items after two months. The coat I purchased feels like basketball shorts with print on it. It is also nothing like the photo except for the color. The other two items I have been waiting on a refund for. It has been 3 weeks.

Total scam and rip off artists. Items do not fit and are very poor quality. You cannot get a refund as per the policy.
Also, if item is not in stock they charge you for it and then you are left with trying to get a refund. Still waiting for refund since 1.5 months.

Absolutely dreadful. Not only are the products made in exceedingly cheap fabric. They are badly made and not made to standard sizing. Then when you want to return them they tell you it will cost too much money so why don鈥檛 you give it to a friend for a present. I wouldn鈥檛 give the shirt to charity it went straight in my bin. Then they say keep it and they will refund you $15. Not per item I hasten to add. And then over a month later they still have not refunded you and say it is a cumbersome process and will take a long time. They are absolutely disgraceful. Do not buy from them ever.

They are thieves!! Don鈥檛 be taken in! None of the garments fit or looked like they were shown on the website. Like others, they tried to bargain with me instead of refunding. But they finally did offer a return delivery address in Los Angeles, so I returned the items, emailed the tracking and have still heard nothing. I鈥檓 sure my money is gone. What can we do? I can鈥檛 find a phone number for them either. The number they provided is a fax. Better Business Bureau?

Deceitful marketing and business practice.
Merchandise is different than advertised and fitting problems. After many attempts to follow CK's return instructions, unable to receive a return address or any communication to resolve my issue. There is evidence all along, timelines , disappearing webpage not accepting a Discover card, withholding information, confusing and blocking communication, that this is a well planned SCAM.
Fortunately, my CC Syncrony Bank "SAMs Club" protected my and hopefully future customer.

This company is a scam!! They never completely shipped my order. I returned whatever items they sent for poor workmanship. The have taken over 2 months and still not refunded my credit card. They tried to bargain with me rather than refund the money.

Absolutely hopeless. The sizing is a joke, the quality abominable. They offer absolutely nothing worthwhile. Total rubbish.

Avoid at all costs! This company doesn鈥檛 deserve one star. Clothes arrived and weren鈥檛 the ones pictured on their site. Fabric awful and sizing just as bad. Forget returning for a refund as you have to pay for the service back to China despite the problem being their fault. I took it to the charity shop to give them a laugh!

I wish I could give them zero stars. These people are thieves.they shipped me a coat which bore no resemblance to the online photo, i returned it via certified mail and am still fighting with them to get my money back, 2 months later. Do yourself a favor and buy nothing from this fraudulent company.

I Made an order of over 拢100 before Xmas. Its never arrived. But they have a tracking no advising its been sent from Post Office, but no signature to advise its been delivered. And guess what, i don't have any parcels from them !!!. They keep asking me to go to the post office for a certificate advising that its not been received by PO, how the hell can i do that if they are advising its been sent by their tracking. They cant provide me with information of where the parcel is. They are still asking me to wait for delivery – what a joke, 2 months later and still no parcel !!!!. SCAM, PLEASE STEER CLEAR. I AM NOW OUT OF POCKET BY 拢100 🙁 🙁

Shocking I ordered 2 shirts which are nothing like ones on site quality is rubbish,sizing is terrible not even going to send back,easier to put in bin.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to buying 6 blouses. I read the reviews on their website only. #lessonlearned. Everything everyone is saying is 100% true…. no help, no refund, product is cheap and a big scam. I鈥檓 very disappointed in myself 鈽癸笍. Please do not buy this product.

Took ages to arrive did not look anything like advertised poor quality and only fit a small child cost ten pounds to return the useless item and won鈥檛 refund until it lands in China was told to keep the garment and they would give me tiny discount of my next purchase????seriously like I would order off this crappy company ever again

Do not order from this website, if I could give them a negative score I would. I ordered a shirt in size large, it turned up three weeks late and was two sizes too small, the material was like a shower curtain and the printing was nothing like advertised. It was faded and extremely cheap looking. I have said I would send the product back and would like a refund and have struggled despite all my chasing, to obtain any kind of response from them. Absolute scam!!!

please do not order. it is fake advertisement. I ordered the embroidered coat and what i got is a piece of printed cloth. and on their site it will say exact on the picture. dont get fooled. pls.

If I could give them negative rating I would!!clothing is not as it is pictured. It took over 4 weeks for delivery. I corresponded for 5 days trying to find out how to return items for a refund. Then found out they dont use fed ex or dhl! Oh and I would have to pay for shipping items back to China. Then wait for them to review the items before they would issue a refund check! Yes. CHECK. Not back to my credit card. Stay away .I'm out 100.00. And the items are of such poor quality I wouldn't give them to a homeless person. It would be too insulting.

What a load of absolute Rags … do not waste your money … what you order is definitely NOT what you get … I wish I could upload the pictures of the Rags I received … and the returns policy states if the items have been reduced … which they all have No refund allowed … bare in mind every item on the site is apparently reduced … absolute Con merchants !!
