Ordered product. 90-day satisfaction guaranteed. If not satisfied, call within 90 days of order date. 1 bottle & 4 free $109. with 1 yr supply (1 bottle) super cleanse for only $30 more. Total $139. Given good challenge offering $7. per lb. loss within 90 days. I Followed through with routine instructions but was not satisfied with the product. I called on the 88 days to request a refund and was given additional 30 days since my order was 5 bottles. Soooo.. I called.back within the trial time alooked and just now was rudely told you will not receive any more product 3x and we don't do refunds, RMA's, or return credit MOP And whoa laaaaa,,,,, a BIG HANG UP D PHONE IN MY EAR… My first scam & my last. I was guaranteed this product will make you loose at least 2lbs a wk instead I gained weight. This product doesn't Orkney like they claim it does and I was told it was money back guarantee and I've called several times to get a return slip and get the run around then today I called and was told sorry we can't take it back it's been longer than 30days. Maybe if u people would've sent me a return slip last month when I requested it I could've gotten my 79.95 back . So PLZ DONT GET CAUGHT UP IN THEIR LITTLE SCAM THEY'VE GOT CAUSE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SHIT AND DONT WORK.

I was called and told i was selected to try a new weight loss product that would soon to hit the local GNC, VITAMIN SHOPPE, ETC, ETC. I was told that is burns fat just by using it each time i eat. I was told i had a 30 day money back guarantee and that i would be paid $7 for each pound i lost. NOT ONCE was i told they were going to start the 30 days before i even received the product. I just called to tell them and told them i wanted an RMA and i was hung up on 3 time and then told that i was over my 30 days. I explained that i had ordered the product on the 16 of Sept and it has not yet been 30 days. They told me too bad that it wasnt ordered on that day and they were not going to refund my money. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady told me they dont take phone calls. I spoke to another guy and he said the same thing and said you can keep it and wont be billed again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS FRAUDULOUS COMPANY!!!

I received a call today 9/21/16 from a S. Carolina number843-410-7133 and later from Amityville, NY 631-464-0937. The girl's name was Marissa but she went into her spiel so fast that I missed it. I thought I had won another cruise to Hawaii 😉 but instead I let her talk and she began to tell me I was selected to try this new weight loss product and that THEY WOULD PAY ME $7 per pound I lost!! WOW what, I would love to get paid to get skinny. Heck Yes!!!
Marissa went into telling me how it was going to be amazing that I could lose 20 pounds in less than two weeks and I could eat ANYTHING I wanted. Well, right there I knew it was bs because even though I want to lose weight I know better that this is impossible.
She kept going on about it and as she talked her little heart out I went online to find out about this product and found this page. I hung up right then and there. She did tell me about the 4 bottles and if I had a scale… I guess they want pictures? I didn't ask but assumed.
She said I would lose 60 and not my desired 40. She asked if I was okay with that. OF COURSE!!! -_-
Be ware… they will call back, again and again. Just say no thank you!

I purchased Cal Slim and Super Colon with the promise I would be paid $7.00 per lb for all the weight I lost in 90 days. I did not receive an e-mail recognizing my order with an order #. I called the # on the website and got the order # and was told an e-mail had been sent, but they would send another. I never received they double billed my Discover for the 109.95. They did send 2 pkgs as well. I called and they said the paperwork the paperwork for the paid wt loss was in the pkg. It is a small package and I could tell by the feel there is no paperwork. I am taking all pkgs. to the post office Monday and refusing the. I will call them again telling them what I have done and expected a full refund since they guarantee a full refund within 30 days. I will see if that is false also. I have called Discover and they will work with me after 15 days if they do not honor their 30-day full refund.

They called me to offer a product that would help me loose weight and if it did not work I could return it and get my money back. No mention of 30 days from the date of order. They received the order on 8/11/16, mailed it on 8/12/15 and after using the product for two weeks I called to return it on 9/13/16 and they refused to accept its return because it was over a month that it was ordered. I gave the product two weeks time to see if it worked, it did not. They never emailed the instructions either, when I called in September to return the merchandise they found out they misspelled the email. How convenient for them. I still have not received the email with the instructions on how can I enter the 90-day guarantee, and for what I have learned from other complaints it is a hoax too. Impossible to meet as per a former employee!! Impossible for me too since I have not received the terms and conditions. This product is a scam to get your money. These people, I now learned, have already changed their name before for the same reason, their scams. They should be banned to do business in the States and in Puerto Rico. FDA should examine their product, Only God knows what they have bottled to scam the general public!!!

A telemarketer "Ceci" called me, explained an offer for 5 bottles of. Cal-Slim + a $100 GIFT CARD for $109.95. The cost posted to my credit card immediately. The product (which doesn't work) arrived but the gift card did not. I called the #888-695-1594 given me and got a royal runaround from a company called USA Benefits which said they have nothing to do with Cal-Slim. After reading 30+ negative reviews, I finally discovered a #888-965-1594 (note the original telemarketer transposed the 4th & 5th digits) which took me to "Laura" who promised to send me a "replacement" gift card. I eventually received not a gift card but a "reward certificate," which I had to register. Unbelievably, this "certificate" provides access to grocery coupons for $1.25, $1.00 and so on. NOT a $100 gift card. I would have to spend hundreds of dollars on things I never use in order to use coupons totaling the $100 I was promised. I learned a $110 lesson on this one.!!!

Stupidly, I ordered this product, that didn't work. I did not receive a confirmation email for the order or a receipt in the package. So I had no order number or date of order. I called 888-965-1594 and asked for return authorization. The representative asked me the order number and date of purchase which I could not provide. She tried a couple of different ways to look it up and finally said that I ordered in July and my 30-days were up. I remember ordering sometime in August but having no paperwork I couldn't prove it so I am having to pay the $79.99 for a product that will end up in my trash can. Never again will I believe these ads for any products from companies that I don't know anything about.

I was solicited on the phone by BioPure sales staff to me part of a study they said. If I would pay a portion of the initial cost of the product CalSlim I would be enrolled in a group study that would be paid for every pound I lost. When the product arrived a week after they took my money I never received any info from them about the study at all. I called them three times requesting emails and asking how I was supposed to participate when no one was contacting me. I was finally told in the third phone call that my AOL server was ancient (too old) and they were not compatible with it and would not be able to work with me through that address. I have requested my money back so we will see. To be continued.

I was called and offered the Calslim for 90 days or my money back. They were going to send me 4 bottles of this stuff. I had already tried this product before and called to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel. They never collected any money from me.

Thanks to all the complaints I decided not to order even after a really smooth sales girl, Rebecca. I believe they have brainwashed her as well. She was great to deal with but wouldn't give up. The only saving grace was the fact my Visa had been compromised and I didn't have my new card and a new number to give them. I was supposed to call them back, but after reading about all the horror stories I decided not to after already being scammed. How can people sleep at night doing this type of work? I know we all need money to survive but scamming people is unethical and I could not do this. Evil people do evil deeds, they deserve to lose their jobs and hopefully, this company will get fined heavily and shut down.

I was called by Jachiya, obviously, a salesperson for Cal-Slim, offering me the Cal-Slim product at a buy three-get, two free to go along with a 90-day challenge that paid $7 for every pound lost during that period of time. It was also stated and confirmed that the product was backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. After ordering, the product arrived in approximately 8 days. Inside the package were the 5 bottles of Cal-Slim and nothing else … no instructions on how to register for the challenge, how to begin the program, etc. I immediately went online to Cal-Slim.com to see the 'how to's' but no information could be found whatsoever about the challenge. Then I 'Googled' Cal-Slim and read the reviews. At this point, I attempted contact with Jachiya on several occasions but was stonewalled by the CS agent who answered the phone. Because I had not opened any of the bottles I then asked for an RMA # so that I could return the product and receive my refund. This all being done within the first 10 days after my order. Instead of receiving an RMA # I was immediately told that my order did not classify as one that could be refunded because of my buy three, get two free order did not entitle me to one because the cost was 'discounted'. None of this was explained during the initial sales call and any attempts to speak to a manager was also thwarted by the CS agent answering the phone who would not give me a name. So I am stuck with the product, which I still have not opened, and am still trying to get a resolution. But seems this is not to be. Just been ripped off for $138.

Stay away from this company! I worked here for about 3 weeks when I was in between jobs. There is so much wrong with this company I am just gonna list it.
Weightloss challenge is BS you will not be paid $7 a pound you lose over 90 days unless you COMPLETELY follow the instructions which are meant to make you fail.
This company used to be sold under a different name (the old name was 5xTrim 600) and the switched names because the word was out about it being a scam.
They claim they have 30 day money back gaurantee BUT this only applies to unopened bottles and the sell you 1 for 139.90 and give you 4 "free". So they claim the bottle you opened was the 139.90 and the 4 unopened are not returnable for cash since the were "free".
Also, at the end of the sales pitch we are told to ask for a donation to the Cerebral Palsy center (or something like that) and I would be surprised if all the money was actually donated. That is just a speculation considering the owners content of character I do not have evidence.
I wrote this so you don't waste your money. I have not hard feeling of this company and this is not written in retaliation. Don't let this completely discourage you If you are looking for a diet supplements. I recommend doing some research at reputable websites and you will find stuff that works.

This company calls you and offers you $7 per pound that you lose and sends you an email on how the challenge works. After purchasing it I read reviews and decided to return it before I even opened the package. They apparently had to go through 2 managers to give me a RMA# because I told them that I just don't want to try it since I read bad reviews. I returned their product, was issued my credit back and am actually going to call them back and place a new order because my friend actually kept her order and has been visibly dropping her baby weight! Don't read everything you read people. This many complaints is minimal in comparison to the amount of time since the first was added. If a product works…. it works.

Ordered calslim product -5 bottles with guarantee, not satisfied to return within 30 days. Called 15min after order to cancel it but phone no. available said they were not able to take my request and to call the following Monday. Called Am Express to close my acct. and stop the payment but they already approved and I had to call Calslim and make the return so they can issue credit. Joe from Calslim was called by Am Express with me on line. He said he would refund when product received and returned and Am Exp also said to call them. Product recd. Sat. 7/30/16. Called Joe 8/1 to get info to return. He said would I keep it if he gave me an offer of $40. I am diabetic and said I may not be able to use but accepted the offer. An hour later I am reading all the complaints about the company/product so decided to call Joe and tell him I am returning for full refund. He said they do not have refunds, only if they sent the wrong stuff. I told him he is lying as there is 30-day trial per is agents. He hung up the phone. This company and agents need closed down.

They promised a 2-5lb a week loss but I gained. I called to get my money back and they suggested I keep trying a little bit longer. They mentioned that with some people you may have a little gain at first but that is just water and will shortly come off. I received the order 2 weeks after it was ordered and when I called about 10 days they told me it has been shipped but not to worry because the 30 days only starts from the time you get it. I called back after 25 days they say I am too late and passed the limited time as 30 days started at the time of order. The representative hung up the phone on me. I called back and she was rude I asked to speak to a manager she hung up again. Now when I call it doesn't give me anyone it just hangs up.

SHANA called and said I was selected for a trial project. I was to receive a $100 gift card and would be paid $7 per pound lost. Product was guaranteed and would be refunded if I wasn't satisfied. I called (Joe answered) and was told I had to try it and then call for a RMA number that was necessary for a refund. After 3 weeks of trying the product with no results I called and was told this time that there were no refunds and that I had called a call center that had nothing to do with refunds. She hung up. After reading all the complaints above, I just gave up. How can this company be shut down?

Supposed to be an extract that dissolves under the tongue to loose weight. Talked with Nick, very convincing and said he was looking forward to working with me. Sent me a PDF file affidavit with an address of 5100 Westheimer Rd, Suite 200, Houston,TX 77056. Tried to call the phone #1-888-965-1590 that Nick gave me if I had any questions/concerns…# is to another company not even associated with Cal-Slim! I now believe that I have been scammed AND have not received product yet!

I took a phone call 7/14 @ 8:13 a.m. CST from Ken at Cal Slim Now. He claimed I was chosen in my area to receive 1 bottle of Cal Slim Now and get 4 bottles fre!! I was told if I took a pic of my weight on the scale I would then earn $7 per loss of each pound. But didn't know how I would get the money (that should of got my attention but I was half asleep) he gave me a order #1786699 assured me I could get a full refund if I called them back within 30 days. I called the customer care #'s (3) and before I could get everything out she said she looked me up by my phone # and buyer's remorse wasn't getting me a refund. I told them the seller told me I had 30 days to return diet aid she said since I got the "special " NO REFUNDS! VERY RUDE AND NASTY! Laurel was the person I spoke with at 2 #'s I used my daughter's phone for the third call and when she heard my voice she hung up again! I called the Credit Card company to update them and they we're rude as Laurel… They told me it was my fault which I admitted to and it was in dispute for the next 30-60 day's… I just want to scream and cry and I'm 50 yrs stupid…

They offer a 90 day money back guarantee. When I call for a RMA # at day 31, the told me I was one day too late. They said I was mistaken. This is truly a scam, None of there products work and they always find a way not to honor their money back policy. They always lie. The pray on weight loss customers. Please stop them!

I ordered the 5 bottles of calslim. Decided I wanted to stop the credit card payment. I went to the bank and they were able to stop two other transactions for two other items that this company charged to my card, not related to the product. This product also gives me diarrhea. After reading all the other complaints, I know I have to chalk this up as a loss. So discouraged that so many are stealing from other people.
