This was the easiest refinance that i have ever done. the process was streamline with no extra hoops to jump through. Tom was very on point and answered all emails and phone calls quickly. I was looking at a loan through JFQ but a friend of mine referred me to Tom at Cal Loans and I am SO happy he did! I was looking to take advantage of the crazy low rates and refinancing my primary home and taking out some money to do a kitchen remodel, but in addition I also wanted to do a straight re-fi on my 2nd home. I already had started the process with JFQ but when I asked what Cal Loans could do, Tom was so nice and easy and responsive to work with, and the pricing was SO good, I put the loan process with JFQ on hold. Tom not only was nice, easy and responsive, but between the 2 loans I was working he saved me over $8,000 in fees! I promise you I am not exaggerating here! I compared apples to apples and the ironic thing was both JFQ and Cal Loans used the exact same lender! So it was purely because JFQ is huge and has a ton of overheard that their fees were completely jacked up. Mind you…I have a very high FICO score, have a ton of equity in both properties, have lived in the same primary home for over 20 years, and been on the same job for over 10 years, and provided all required docs as quickly as he asked for them…all factors that help me in a loan process. But working with Cal Loans was such a straight forward, no BS process I just had to post this review and share how happy I am. We started this on September 1st, and even with me going back and forth and comparing the 2 options I had on both houses, I signed docs today on September 25th. Tom sent a notary public to my home. FAST! And super smooth. I HIGHLY recommend Cal Loans Direct, Inc.

This was a very simple process. I turned in the requested paperwork and was never asked for anything else. We started this on July 6 and we closed on July 21. SUPER SMOOTH! I even got a rate lower then I was originally quoted. Tom sent a notary public to my home that was certified in signing all necessary paperwork. I defiantly well recommend Cal Loans Direct, Inc.
