Really disappointed in my recent purchase from here, I鈥檝e never had an issue prior to this but decided to order a hoodie on the 16th, I paid extra for first class postage with the aim of getting here within a few days – a week or so. I emailed the shop as it was nearing a week and I still hadn鈥檛 heard from them on when my item will be arriving or even dispatched, I emailed again the following day and also nothing, I explained that I鈥檓 leaving my address that week and need it to arrive before I leave, nearly 6 days later I received an email to state they had made a label with USPS, I expected they had dispatched the item at the same time but it remained the same for days. I emailed again to ask for an update as I鈥檇 have preferred if they didn鈥檛 send it and just gave my money back. Didn鈥檛 hear anything until they actually handed it to USPS, now my item is due to arrive two days after I leave my address despite clarifying I won鈥檛 be here, the email was pretty abrupt and just offered a link to track the item. Really disappointed as I used to love this website and would have been willing to pay more for them to send it to my new address rather than ignoring me.
