Gianluca recently made our wedding cake. Every step if the process was warm, professional and fun. Our cake required to be transported to Bowral, and we were nervous about the trip. But the cake was properly boxed for the trip. The cake was perfect, flavours delicious, cake moist and delicious. I recommend Gianluca without reservation. Chris & Pat

My cake was not only just beautiful but it was also the most delitious cake i have ever tasted. Gianluca nailed it! Only 1 cake tasting and he knew exactly what we wanted, i highly reccomand him to anyone! Will definetly go back!
