Cakecraftshop.co.uk has great customer service nothing is too mutch trouble whenever I had a problem with something they always sorted it out quickly with no fuss and bother The products they sell are great quality would recommend for all your cake decoratiing projects

When I ordered the Rudolph and sleigh Christmas cake topper I felt the 拢3.32 postage and packing was a little excessive . However after seeing the amount of care taken with packaging I can fully appreciate the time and cost this would entail . Unfortunately this did not prevent the item being damaged in transit. I have absolutely no idea how this could have happened given the amount of packaging . I telephoned cakecraftshop who were extremely apologetic and could not be more helpful . I received a replacement order the following day free of charge . My cake topper is much larger than I expected but it is a charming work of art and the ultimate in Christmas cake decorations.

We had some cake boards from here recently (heart shaped) and they saved the cake and day!
The wedding cake was having issues with other boards from a previous purchase so we had to order from here to get them delivered on time.

Needless to say, fast delivery time and a big thanks, great product too!
