I don鈥檛 usually write reviews but the service from this company was just so fantastic that it deserved a review. My order arrived super quickly. I had a slight problem, which they replied and resolved the same day. I will absolutely be using them again and would certainly recommend.

Considering the country has been in Coronavirus lockdown I have to say that I deeply impressed by Cake Stuff managing to ship all my orders to me since March without any problems or delays. I think it's obvious that a lot of people only reviews when something doesn't go their way and they want to sound off but its only fair to give credit where its due and Cake Stuff definately deserve some credit. Their Google reviews are a lot more realistic than Sitejabber. Its so obvious some of the reviews on here are fake and not even from customers.

I ordered the item on Wednesday night, gravity sticks, and they arrived Saturday morning. Beautiful and sturdy packaging for a very cheap item. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about Cake-Stuff. I was let down by one of their competitors who had lied about the availability of a product I ordered. I didn't want to be let down again so I used the Cake-Stuff webform to enquire if they did have it in stock like their website stated. Within around 15 minutes I received a reply confirming they did have it in stock so I ordered it straight away. 27 minutes later I received another email confirming that my order had been despatched and two days later it arrived. I really couldn't ask for better service than that. The product was slightly more expensive than from their competitor but they more than made up for it with top tier customer service and lightning-quick despatch.

Great couture fondant but the delivery charge is awful!拢6.95 delivery on 拢15 product. I have other reply on their review but why use dpd, there are other companies that could do it cheaper. Why not give your customer that choice? The company needs to listen to their customer, people are unhappy about the delivery charge.. far too expensive than other companies

Would give no stars if possible. This company has a ridiculous policy of claiming that even products its suppliers say are nut free will not be stated to be nut free because the packaging could become contaminated in its warehouse. It has zero understanding of allergy risk.

Wish I had checked return policy before I placed my order. 拢6.95 for delivery & 拢9.95 to return, which will be taken from my refund. 拢14.90 out of pocket. ? I know it's a small company, but this should be made clear when ordering.

I had a problem with an address change , a simple fix you would think , NOOOOOO , the company said although it was literally 5 mins since placing an order , that their antiquated system could not deal with a simple address change , i explained that my order was going to be delivered to a now empty shop , not a bit of understanding from the robotic staff.
They have now blocked my account due to me complaining about them , thats ok Cake stuff , your service is not all that anyway , thanks for doing me a favour , AWFUL COMPANY , STEER CLEAR

Charged us twice for order and twice for delivery through their own website error. When reported and asked for returns they refused and blamed it all on customer. High prices and very poor customer care. Will never use again, beware of being conned.

I ordered goods total 拢108.
When i got to end realised i hadnt changed my address , easy right ? Contact them after all was only 2 mins , no contact number , email only , then they dont reply for hrs ????? By this time the delay created more prob as on the way to courier .
Goods on their way to a vacant shop .
Total shambles in explaining . Fell on deaf ears

Before buying a product, I saw some negative comments, but still wanted to try this one. So, the service is not so good, but the prices are okay. Delivery was fine, but custom service wasn't.

Please avoid using ivory couture sugar paste, Keep your money for a better paste than this. I used it to cover a 2 tier wedding cake that I was decorating at the weekend. Elephant skin, breaks and tears, way too soft and flimsy! Almost made the cake a complete disaster!! customer support by Jean was really awful, She insisted I send her some of the sugar paste, which I had binned when clearing up. No apologies, no helpful answers! I wanted a full refund but she was adamant that she wanted some of the paste AND the packaging,needless to say I will not be recommending this product to any of my cake making friends and groups on Face book, VERY POOR SERVICE!!! If I could score ZERO I would

I love couture brand fondant as a disabled cake maker, its is the best for me I just wish hate that the delivery charges for this company are by weight. it is the companies own brand so I have to suffer the 拢6.95 postage, why there so expensive i do not know, everything else I buy from other cake suppliers who charge half the postage for the same weight.

I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with the products and the service. The website is easy to use, they have lots of products and as they use DPD, delivery is prompt and when you want it. I needed to contact customer service yesterday, as out of a large order, one small item was not what I had ordered. They replied within the hour and said that they had already posted off the correct item but that I could keep the other one with their compliments. Can't ask better than that. I can really recommend this company.

I have just had my first order delivered from this dreadful company.
Some products slightly cheaper than other cake decorators websites, but quality of products is cheap and nasty. Customer services are even worse.
Don't bother with this lot – complete rubbish products and service

I get loads of things from cake stuff. Free delivery over 拢75 and always quick. Never had an issue. Highly recommend for cake decorators. Usually cheaper than other sites too

Order regularly and service is phenomenal, massive range of products and supererb pricing. Have just recieved a free sample of couture in my last order and cant wait to give it a go

Disgusting custom service from director and staff abusive ,rude,and bullies . Will NEVER SHOP HERE .
