I received my shipment of 6 products, before even taking them out of the box the smell was overwhelming. I do not like the scent and immediately contacted the company. In order to get a return authorization, I had to take a picture of the invoice and the products and why I wanted to return the product. I took a picture of the invoice and the 6 products in the original box they came in. They sent back that they wanted individual pictures of the products and the reason why for the return. I obliged and sent 6 individual pictures of the products and yet again the reason for return 鈥淚 do not like the smell鈥? I waited a couple of days and then sent a follow up e-mail, no response. This has taken the place over the course of almost 20 days. Horrible customer service! I just want to return the products and get my money back.
