I moved to a new house and was a bit worried when I found out Ziggo was not available in my new place. I became extremly worried when I found out Caiway was the local provider, seeing all the bad reviews on multiple websites. That said, the installation was a breeze, I received my self install kit after 3 days (while the delivery time was announced as 8 days), I connected it and was informed I might have to wait few days to be activated. The next day I was online.
Performances are excellent, speed test are always consistent and above the theorical 450/450, I work from home with no problem, all the family is connected with many devices, I watch only streaming TV using Apple TV apps (my French channels, Netflix,…) and always get fullHD/4K with no degradation and loss of signal.
Seeing all the reviews, I might be the lucky one because since 2 months I moved I have nothing to complain about, it is even better and cheaper than Ziggo…
The thing I can鈥檛 comment is their TV service, as a foreigner I haven鈥檛 taken the option and have internet only. It seems many of the bad reviews are for the TV reception.
