They replied and said my credit card was declined – the reason my package was not shipped. I checked with my bank and this was not true. Regardless, I should have been notified so I could have taken action. Instead customer service kept telling my item shipped and customs delay was out of their control ! Weeks went by before they told me what really happened. Bad customer service – bad communication. Then they had the nerve to asked me to remove my initial negative review.

Ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. I keep getting the run around from customer service and it's getting really frustrating. They have my money, i expect my product in a reasonable amount of time
