great service and communication

Despite numerous calls, texts etc I placed this order 3 weeks ago and have received no delivery and no response. Despite promises. I ordered nearly 拢100 of coffee and am a repeat customer from the days of Espressodrinker, but this 'new' set up is a considerable downward turn. I even called the 'Manager/Owner' or whatever he is supposed to be and now his mobile just goes straight to answerphone and no reply. Am SO glad i paid with paypal so at least I stand a chance of getting my money back.

Having bought a new coffee maker which came with a free pack of coffee, we enjoyed the brand so much that we decided to buy a supply. Caffe 79 were one of the few stockists and were, by far, the best price. This coupled with free delivery made them the obvious choice. The coffee arrived quickly and, overall, we were delighted with Caffe 79's service. We'd definitely buy from them again!
