Terrible company. It has been two months and I have not received my order and all the company keeps telling me is to check with post office or customs. Tracking shows it is being held in customs. I have asked them to cancel order and refund my money, but all they keep stating is to call post office or customs. Don't buy from this company.

THEY EVEN FOOL YOU INTO THINKING THEY HAVE POSTED YOUR ITEM ( WHAT THEY DO IS GET A UPS POSTING LABEL AND THEN SEND YOU THE DETAILS FROM THAT, YOU CAN THEN CHECK TRACKING AND YOUR ITEM DOES NOT SHOW UP AS POSTED) AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOUR EMAIL BOUNCES BACK!

I bought a lankeleisi ebike through cafago, and trust me I would recommend anyone planning on procuring an ebike to please make no other option, the bike arrived less than 7days, well packaged and assembled without any damage and trust me I am really enjoying this bike as I commute to work on the bike as I am about to sell my car

Wouldn't provide propper help with a return of package. Ender up sending it to the address which it came from. And then they reply with only "sorry for that, that isnt our return address" And nothing more.

Shocking service. Ordered a Samebike folding electric bike. Stated it was in stock and shipped in 24 hours. Waited 10 days. chased them and was told it was out of stock. Told to wait a week and then had another email saying wait for a FEW weeks. requested money back and am still waiting 5 days later. THEY HAVE CONSISTENTLY ADVERTISED IT AS IN STOCK, when in fact it isn't. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!

Ordered a product that was in stock according to their site, then they sent me an email that they "promise" to dispatch in 1-2 business days. This was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my order. I emailed them after 2 weeks, they were quick to respond and told me the product is out of stock and asked for patience. They failed to let me know about the delay, they failed their own promise by a huge margin, they failed on the website showing correct information about stock, they failed to inform when I will eventually get my order. Very bad experience, not recommend it. If you need to use it, only for products you don't care when or if you receive them, use PayPal so you can open a dispute in case things go wrong.

If I could rate at less than one star I would. Ordered 2 x samebike , one was delivered the other one has been lost by carrier who have admitted liability and will only pay claim to cafago (although I submitted claim). This company is NOT responding to my emails for the refund to either be made by them or to give authorisation for it to be made direct from carrier. Now over a month without any sign of my money being returned. Buyer beware !!

I have ordered a product that was in stock according to Cafago, I have received an email from them that they will dispatch in 1-2 business days as promised. This happened almost 3 weeks ago and my order is still not dispatched because they don't have it on stock. They also forgot to inform me about this, so I had to contact them after two weeks to know what is happening. They were quick to respond to my email, however, they didn't inform me when will be my order dispatched and asked for my patience. I still don't have my order. This is bad practice and stating something is in stock then promising something (yes that was the wording they used, they promised to dispatch in 1-2 days), not keeping the promise, not informing about the delay and its cause, not knowing themselves when my order will be ready, all too very bad or just amateur. I think this might be the first and last order from this website even if my order arrives in the future. Luckily they use PayPal, so I can open a dispute with them if I don't get what I ordered and try to get my money back at least.

Placed order and two weeks later asked if it shipped and was told no so I asked to cancel my order and was then told in the same hour it had shipped so here I am 2 months later with no product and no solution and cant get my money back best they could do was tell me to track down my package myself .ill be contacting the better business bureau if not resolved in a few days.these people are crooks!

I bought two 64gb microsd. They never worked, not even at less storage or anything. I wrote cafago and they told me to send a video showing and explaining what the product did and did not. It was a waste of time. Never got refunded.

This is exactly how I got my tattoo stencil machine. It was cracked to the guts and sparked when I turned it on. They wil apparently refund or replace if I pay for shipping….I'm kinda sceptical you will even get it

I have bought here two times. The products are what I expected and as advertised. The only inconvenience is that if you want Free shipping it takes a lot to receive your items. About 3 weeks.

I got the bike very fast. Within four days. But on the first charge the battery didn't go beyond 91% and on the second stopped at only 82%. There seems to be a problem. As for the frame, it appears very well designed and built .
