I waited for ten days and escalated to Miles and More to get the gift cards – which I suggest Cadooz let a usability expert take a look at. On the plus side, polite and patient customer service, so upgrading this review.

I opted yesterday to give all my miles in exchange for a gift card from this company, because I had used it a few months back and was satisfied. My request generated order # 200915-137695. However I am disconcerted when the link provided in the automatic response email appears "error", I am therefore concerned whether I have been duped into ceding all my mileage balance to an unresponsive company? Please advice if issues have been resolved with the Cadooz website …

I ordered a gift card on 11th August. An email on 12th August said that vouchers would be sent separately but I have not received them.
Your tracking number: 200811-861429
Delivery: 200812-932857
The "not received" options are blanked out and Cadooz have not answered email. Next step I will write to the CEO Lufthansa I urge everyone with similar experiences (30% apparently though most of the 5 star reviews look fraudulent) to do the same. Something needs to happen.

Would recommend to NEVER use that company ever. I have used all my miles to order Amazon vouchers, received the confirmation email, but NEVER received any voucher of any kind (even checking spam box etc..). It's now well over 10 days and company is unreachable, and does not respond to inquiries (standard emails sent..) This company appears to be a complete SCAM. Run Away while you can !

Update : I have made 2 orders on August 21 and September 1, ref 200821-466104 and ref 200901-209032 and both times i get the confirmation, points are being taken from my accounts and then 2 days later customer service says it has been "cancelled by Miles & More, and can't see the reason on their end" but when I reach to Miles & More they say that they have not cancelled anything on their end, that they actually can't do such thing, and that it is Cadooz that is responsible for the transaction and there is nothing wrong on their end and nothing wrong that they can see on the account. It is now nearly 1 month and Cadooz, i have retried as suggested by doing a second order, and it still did the same thing (cadooz never delivered voucher, saying its cancelled by miles & more, and then when i call miles & more they tell me they have not cancelled anything, that it is Cadooz responsonsibility !)

Lost so many hours withh that Scam, and still have NOT recieved anything. Horrendous experience

–> Update 2 : I have contacted them AGAIN and they are still saying that they have not cancelled any order, and that is is actually not in their power to do so, and hence that the problem should be on Cadooz side. They are not willing to give any name or name of their manager, and they simply say they are reachable on 03719459737 as they say that they have not cancelled any order on their end and that you already have their full contact information should you require to contact them. So please discuss with them and solve this ASAP, as it is very easy for you to say that it is their fault, and for them to say that it is your fault, but as a customer the result is the same : I have still NOT received any voucher, apart from a horrendous customer experience that I am sharing here, and already lost 1 month and hours on the phone with zero outcome.

We redeemed cadooz vouchers from our lufthansa miles and have not been able to use these for 6 weeks . After contacting the company no one has replied and the website and links are not working. I have sent emails to [email protected] and would like a reply.

The reason why I sent this email this address was because I found it in another review on trust pilot and wanted you to be aware that I had already sent it so A generic reply was not offered – please send to service I wanted to make you aware that the request was already in this inbox. Previous emails were sent to another email address as per the mails sent to me on 18/7. It seems that using trust pilot has helped raise the awareness of my issue which is greatly appreciated. I have now received five vouchers.
Whilst the issue is resolved the tone of your reply is not appreciated. I will therefore not be re adjusting my rating.

My order numbers are 200705-213306 and 200707-364076. I haven't received any gift cards yet. And cadooz site says "There is no order with the data you have entered" for my first order.

I had a problem and complained in comments online and received excellent results the next day! Thank you so much! After initial frustration, I am now happy and can rate you very well indeed! – Here was the original complaint, no longer germane: When I did not receive the email credit cards I had earned through Miles and More, Cadooz had a category for me to click. I clicked it and it threw me over to Miles and More. I phoned Miles and More and they said non receipt of a Cadooz product was a Cadooz problem. Contact them. But I had already contacted them and they told me to contact Miles and More. This looks very much like a scam, I am afraid, after I have spent years flying the same airline and collecting points.

On Lufthansa Miles & More site the Gift card option is not working and below error message is being displayed. I redeemed some points about 2 days back and still waiting for my gift cards. Also, unable to access the portal due to error and redeem more reward points:

As @Martin just below – his post saved me a whole heap of trouble . None of their web pages work on Google Chrome … so when my voucher failed – I assumed the link was the issue – went to Cadoozs web site and that failed to load – just an error message – Read the post below from Martin , and went to internet explorer and all worked perfectly . So a message stating that would be really helpful .. Super fast delivery – just shame about the execution , and Cadoozs response saying its not an issue – it clearly is on UK Google Chrome .

Redeemed miles & more points for a voucher. Prompt delivery of the voucher but failed to display.
Retried in Internet Explorer and all OK. I suggest that Cadooz tell their users that they do not support Chrome to save a lot of frustration and unhappy users.

Very bad experience so far.
I just wanted to exchange my miles from Miles&more to gift card. But Cadooz website failing with log in. I contacted Miles&more, they said that everything works from their side and ask to contact Cadooz. I contacted Cadooz. They said to contact Miles&more. And Miles&more said to contact Cadooz. No one wants to take any responsibility. Very nice customer service from both sides.
Update:
Thank you for fast response and advises that were more helpful than contact customer service.
