The "not received" options are blanked out and Cadooz have not answered email. Next step I will write to the CEO Lufthansa I urge everyone with similar experiences (30% apparently though most of the 5 star reviews look fraudulent) to do the same. Something needs to happen.

Update : I have made 2 orders on August 21 and September 1, ref 200821-466104 and ref 200901-209032 and both times i get the confirmation, points are being taken from my accounts and then 2 days later customer service says it has been "cancelled by Miles & More, and can't see the reason on their end" but when I reach to Miles & More they say that they have not cancelled anything on their end, that they actually can't do such thing, and that it is Cadooz that is responsible for the transaction and there is nothing wrong on their end and nothing wrong that they can see on the account. It is now nearly 1 month and Cadooz, i have retried as suggested by doing a second order, and it still did the same thing (cadooz never delivered voucher, saying its cancelled by miles & more, and then when i call miles & more they tell me they have not cancelled anything, that it is Cadooz responsonsibility !)
Lost so many hours withh that Scam, and still have NOT recieved anything. Horrendous experience
–> Update 2 : I have contacted them AGAIN and they are still saying that they have not cancelled any order, and that is is actually not in their power to do so, and hence that the problem should be on Cadooz side. They are not willing to give any name or name of their manager, and they simply say they are reachable on 03719459737 as they say that they have not cancelled any order on their end and that you already have their full contact information should you require to contact them. So please discuss with them and solve this ASAP, as it is very easy for you to say that it is their fault, and for them to say that it is your fault, but as a customer the result is the same : I have still NOT received any voucher, apart from a horrendous customer experience that I am sharing here, and already lost 1 month and hours on the phone with zero outcome.

Thank you for your prompt reply. The reason why I sent this email this address was because I found it in another review on trust pilot and wanted you to be aware that I had already sent it so A generic reply was not offered – please send to service I wanted to make you aware that the request was already in this inbox. Previous emails were sent to another email address as per the mails sent to me on 18/7. It seems that using trust pilot has helped raise the awareness of my issue which is greatly appreciated. I have now received five vouchers.
Whilst the issue is resolved the tone of your reply is not appreciated. I will therefore not be re adjusting my rating.

Retried in Internet Explorer and all OK. I suggest that Cadooz tell their users that they do not support Chrome to save a lot of frustration and unhappy users.

I just wanted to exchange my miles from Miles&more to gift card. But Cadooz website failing with log in. I contacted Miles&more, they said that everything works from their side and ask to contact Cadooz. I contacted Cadooz. They said to contact Miles&more. And Miles&more said to contact Cadooz. No one wants to take any responsibility. Very nice customer service from both sides.
