I decided to surprise my family in France. But my experience is not good at all!
First, delivery was 2 days late then I received an email today saying my order was delivered and recipient name was absent .

The delivery man did not even call the recipient and when I asked them to check outside they didn't see any delivery. I called customer service and didn't get any help. She just kept saying she can not do anything because on their record it was already delivered. Can someone let me know what to do next?

It was such a waste of time, effort and money . It is just sad when you are just trying to uplift someone spirit by sending them gifts after being sick from Covid and they didn't even receive it.

Very easy to shop online with nice selection of gifts. I have relied on them for over 6 years and they have never failed me! Highly recommend!

I am located in Ireland, and the ability to select a delivery date was a major bonus here as this was a birthday gift to be delivered in France.
The process of ordering to actual delivery was straight forward, and I was kept up to date on my orders ever move via e-mail.
Delivery, was on time and more importantly my parcel was secure and in tact.
The gift itself was well received and from what I can gather exceptional value for money.
Would I order from Cadofrance again?, without a doubt.

Im in Singapore and i ordered the items for my partner in Paris. The items delivered were in good condition. Plus, delivery was prompt too. At least they called him prior comin over.

While the flowers arrived on time they were a fairly pathetic little bunch, half dead and the vase they were supposed to be in did not arrive.

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful bouquet of roses and a 2008 Dom Perignon. My daughter was thrilled to receive it. Delivery was made the date that was requested.

Despite leaving a mobile number – delivery vendor didn鈥檛 attempt call and dropped the parcel at a far away deposit location. No rhe birthday girl still hasn鈥檛 received her gift…I had to reach out to find where they left it… no pro active note left at destination.
