I had been looking for a large dining room table and chairs for months. Nothing was quite right. Happened to stumble across Cadira and made the journey over as it wasn鈥檛 local to me but so glad I did.

Chose a Victoria table made in Dekton to our specification and I couldn鈥檛 quite make my mind up on the chairs they had in the showroom so they asked me what design I had in mind and they sent over more options and I got exactly what I wanted made up for a very reasonable price.

I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic family run Company. Their customer service and genuine advice is what many other furniture stores I have visited could take a lesson from.

We discovered Cadira quite by chance and are absolutely thrilled that we did. It鈥檚 a gem of a showroom with quality, well designed furniture. We ordered a 10 seater table and sideboard that we were able to design to our own specification. Delivery was made today and the results are stunning. The staff at Cadira were all charming and helpful. Delivery was as promised and the furniture assembled by The Cadira team. If you want beautiful furniture at reasonable prices this is the place to go. Thank you Pedro and all your team.

Poor customer service and flexibility.
Our sofa was delivered broken but we couldn't get any compensation nor fixing proposal.

I ordered a 10 seater dining table and chairs through Cadira at the grand designs.

The table and chairs arrived bang on time but I had to delay delivery which was accommodated without charge.

When the table and chairs were delivered, I was 100% satisfied with the way the delivery was set up in my house by the delivery individuals. The table and chairs are amazing and the quality is excellent! We are really happy with the purchase and well worth every penny.

We are now in the process of purchasing other items from Cadira.

Excellent service throughout the whole process and would highly recommend a Cadira.

We came across this family run furniture company at the Ideal Home Exhibition as we were looking for a dining table but did not have the correct measurements. Notwithstanding this, Team Cadira helped us making suggestions, giving us ideas and, finally, an indicative price which Pedro Fernandez promised to honour/match if we decided to go ahead.

Fast forward to the October, we visited the showroom armed with measurements and what we wanted; Team Cadira did not disappoint advising us and suggestions with our choice. We made our decision but before confirming the order wanted to take a sample of the table top we wanted home and they obliged. The final price was lower than the quote given at Ideal Home Exhibition.

On placing the order, we were told delivery would be in the second week of December which they honoured! We found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The choice of table tops, sizes etc with the range of dining chairs is very wide.

Very happy with our table and chairs and thoroughly recommend you seek them out at any home improvement/exhibition show or visit their showroom.

I cannot fault Cadira. From the start in April, when we bought the table at the Ideal Home Exhibition, to delivery in December they were so helpful. Always prompt in replying to emails. We could not decide on chairs at the show but after looking around we could not find any we liked better than Cadira鈥檚. We went to Surbiton in September and chose the material plus extra to cover counter stools. They kept everything from October until our flooring was laid and it arrived on the 19th just in time for Christmas. It looks fabulous.

Ordered a Dekton table and was installed in late June 2019. Was installed by Cadira and a few months later after dropping a medium sized Pyrex dish onto the table from about 3cm from the top, resulted in a crack all the way across. We admitted that we dropped a dish onto the table. After investigating further, we noticed that the table had not been installed correctly because there are gaps underneath the table which does not support the area where it cracked.
Pedro from Cadira has refused to help us simply saying it鈥檚 accidental damage and will not take responsibility for the table being incorrectly installed by saying it was installed as per manufacturers guidelines and within tolerance! He or his team have never been to our house to check how it was installed but still claims there is nothing wrong with the table! His lack of understanding and customer service is shocking. I would never recommend this company to anyone as the after service is terrible and they don鈥檛 care. I have no other alternative other than to get trading standards involved. Beware when dealing with this company.

We ordered a table and chair set at the Ideal Home Show and told approx 8 weeks delivery from order. Nearly 12 weeks from this date. We chased and was told table is in the country but not all of the chairs and would be at least 6 weeks. We waited for delivery dates for the table but heard nothing. Upon asking on some updated delivery dates i was told a different story for the third time. We decided to cancel the order and get a refund. This was agreed and we felt that it was a relief that we did as they had 15 other orders that were delayed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We bought a ceramic topped dining table from Cadira, and we are really pleased with it. It looks fantastic and is very easy to keep clean. From the people in the shop to the delivery team, all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, so we ended up with exactly what we wanted and needed. The table arrived at the time we were quoted, and the delivery team took the time to make sure we understood how it extended and how to look after it properly.

We would highly recommend them, and we would happily use them again.

Ordered a porcelain table in January and after the advised 8 weeks lead time, the table was delivered and assembled this week. The table is stunning and very different to anything I had seen anywhere else. Cadira came back to me quickly with any queries I had and even sent a sample. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Placed an order for their ceramic moon dining table and payed their delivery charge. Informed me that as factory was closed the whole of August delivery would be mid Oct. I accepted this 1 week later they tried to hit me with extra delivery charge to Scotland of another 拢90. When I questioned this they informed me they could not fulfill my order and would be cancelling it. Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional and will let you down.

Further to the reply below, took this company 1 week after accepting order for them to try to add a further delivery charge, if they were open and honest they should clearly state on their website that they are not willing to deliver North of the border.

Purchased some furniture in June 2016, that didn't arrive until September 2016. Was blamed on the factory shutting for all of July (it's based in Spain). When the order finally arrived only 3 of the 4 items actually turned up and two of them were the completely wrong model.

The build quality didn't reflect the premium price paid.

It took a further two months to have the correct furniture to be delivered.

The customer service was appalling and it was impossible to get through to the head office without going through a call answering service. The head office staff didn't seem to care that I had waited so long for the furniture to be delivered.

I would definitely not recommend using Cadira.
