There are two highly frustrating aspects of this:
1. They have advertised it during this time as being in stock. I pre-ordered it initially for September, but at a later date checked and the website said it was in stock. Either this is false advertising, or they have been lying to me about there being a production problem.
2. The Morgan watch is literally just the Franklin watch with a silver time face instead of a black one. The Franklin watch has been available almost this entire time. How can they not resolve a production problem for over a year with something as simple as just switching the time face for another colour?

Bought 6 watches from them over a year ago. When they arrived one wasn't working (the most expensive of course). Notified company immediately and then had to pay to ship it back to them. When told it was out of stock and would i like to wait for it, i said i would rather a refund but would wait if i had to… A year later and multiple multiple contacts since and i still have neither a replacement or a refund. Within 2 months, 2 more of the watches stopped working (which of course i am not stupid enough to pay to send back to them).
The customer service is awful- email replies are always in broken english (despite claiming to be a USA based company) and they constantly say they will get back to you only for a month or so to pass before i have to send another email asking why i haven't heard anything…
The watches that have worked have been fine….. But it's definitely not worth the hassle. Much better alternatives at the same price.
