I ordered the hat& gown and personalized receiving blanket for my new grandson. I was especially pleased it arrived early and before Christmas. I gave it to my daughter for Christmas and everyone was thrilled with the softness and quality. Adorable set!

I ordered a swaddle blanket but received a knot gown. I emailed them and was provided a return label to ship the incorrect item back to them, which I did. They sent me the wrong item AGAIN!.. a knot gown. I have emailed them before the package was even sent out because I received an email saying my order of a knot gown is on its way, to tell them they鈥檙e shipping out the wrong item again. I ordered a swaddle blanket. I have not heard from them since that email and did indeed receive the wrong item again. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!

Our baby girl was gifted the autumn personalized swaddle with her First and Middle name … and it is absolutely adorable!!! We also got the newborn sunflower knotted gown and hat. Also amazing. The garments ARE a little expensive in my opinion, but I still think they鈥檙e worth it and SO SOFT! Plus, we will treasure those newborn photos forever!!

I鈥檝e gotten so many cute things from Caden Lane! The personalized swaddles are perfect and super soft! I did have a problem with an order one time and they quickly sent me a new one!

Awful! Estimated order time 1-2 weeks is what they told me originally. I鈥檓 on week 4 of no order, and can鈥檛 get a response from them. Noticed multiple people have reached out to them on social media and sounds like they are all having same issues no order and no response.. I鈥檝e exhausted all communication resources and still have yet to get answers on a update. Seems like this site might be another social media scam… will be contacting my credit card company in a few days if I can鈥檛 get a response or my order doesn鈥檛 arrive. Wouldn鈥檛 suggest wasting you time, energy or money with this company.

I love their materials!!! I got two of their newborn baby knot gowns and hats and their are super nice!!! I also had a problem with one of the orders, I emailed them, and in less than 24h I got an answer and a great solution!!! Very happy with them, I will definetively repeat!!

I purchased a crib sheet from them that fell apart in the first washing. I requested a refund immediately as I paid $68 plus shipping for it. Sheet was useless, weeks has passed and finally received a return label which used I ship back the item. We are on week 3 and I emailed them multiple times asking about my refund, no one has responded I only get a generic response that they are on it. Clearly nobody is on it as I have no sheets and no money. Super disappointed.

Horrible shipping times even after paying for expedited shipping. Placed an order with 5 items over a month ago and still am waiting for three of the items. Only partial of the order was customized/ monogrammed. Not pleased at all. First and last time ordering from Caden Lane

First of all WOW! Can鈥檛 believe you鈥檝e actually responded to me for the first time in 4 months. Probably because you can鈥檛 block me here. Are you going to reply to my email yet? Or have you blocked that email address too?
Second of all, there鈥檚 a difference between 鈥渟light pilling鈥?and that my $58 sheet feels like sandpaper. Did you even read my review? How my Burts Bees sheet at 1/3 the cost has held up phenomenally? Maybe you should reach out to them and see what fabric they use as it鈥檚 obviously better quality than whatever you鈥檙e using.
It鈥檚 convenient that you鈥檝e extended your window to make 8 months the cut off for willingness to assist me since I initially reached out to you 7 months after I received my order and you ignored and blocked me until I wrote a negative review on your other business that I won鈥檛 remove. Do you just ignore and block all your unsatisfied clients until your made up cut off date?
Your reviews on your Caden Lane website are skewed because you delete all the negative ones so stop telling people it鈥檚 more reliable. You say your reviews are published on your website through yotpo and a quick google search confirms just how easy it is to 鈥渦npublish鈥?a review you don鈥檛 like. I can鈥檛 believe you confidently stand behind running your business this way. It鈥檚 disgraceful.

Ok you guys, I鈥檓 not one to write bad reviews, if anything I prefer to only write good reviews because I feel like everyone is always so quick to share their negative experiences but rarely their positive ones but I am fuming.

Last year when I was pregnant I decided to splurge on some nursery items from Caden Lane and I am EMBARRASSED about how much I spent but I did it anyway. I spent more on a crib sheet alone than I have for a king size set of sheets for myself. The quality is TERRIBLE. Pilling within the first month, but my $20 crib sheet from burts bees is just as smooth and soft as the day I got it 6 months ago. Anyway, in April quarantine got to me when I changed Julia鈥檚 crib sheets to this trash brand and decided to write a review. I gave it, along with the changing pad cover, 2 stars because I still like the design and it is exactly as pictured but THEY DELETED MY REVIEWS. But they kept my 4 star review for this blanket? I decided to reach out with my order confirmation info so they knew it was a real review and ask them why they deleted my reviews and to this day I still have yet to receive a response. Not only that but 99% of the reviews are posted by people who are either still pregnant or bought the items as gifts, so they鈥檙e reviewing the quality of these items without having even used them.

I鈥檓 all about supporting small businesses, made in the USA products, and I鈥檓 aware that comes with a higher price tag but what I am NOT in support of is lying to and deceiving future potential clients. You can鈥檛 just pick and choose which reviews you decide to approve. I guess the point of my rant here is whatever you do, do not buy anything from Caden Lane.

I posted this exact post on their community page (since thats the only way to write a review of their products on Facebook, they likely have the star reviews deactivated because they can鈥檛 delete reviews on Facebook) and not only did it get deleted BUT I also got blocked!!! I can鈥檛 react to or comment on any of their posts and I can鈥檛 even message them!

I鈥檝e now been blocked from their Instagram page for private messaging them there to ask why they continue to delete my reviews.

Today we received the knotted gown with headband we purchased and it was everything and more than we expected. Great quality, very soft material (perfect for newborn), fast delivery and above all very very cute!

Poor customer service. I purchased my items on 6/13, none of which were back ordered items, I have only received 2 of the 3 so I finally decided to email them for an update as the last item had not even shipped yet. The response I got is sorry we didn't tell you but we discontinued the item you have been waiting over a month for, we can send you a refund if you would like. First off had I not reached out they would have kept my money and would not have reached out to me at all! Secondly they did not try and reconcile the situation at all and they act as though they are not interested in my business so I guess I will shop else where. I just hope they refund me without me having to continue to follow up given the fact that they were going to keep my money and not say anything about the discontinued product! The outfit I did get is really good quality so it saddens me that I won't be able to do business with them in the future! Smh..do better Caden Lane!!

I ordered three swaddle gowns and hats for my baby boy that will be born in October on June 15th. Two of the three were back ordered for mid-late June. On the 18th, the non back order swaddle gown arrived, and let me say it is the SOFTEST THING EVER. At this point I couldn鈥檛 wait for the other two. On June 27 (Saturday) I hadn鈥檛 yet heard anything about the other two so I sent an email to the company just wondering when the others would ship. The automatic email response said they do not work on the weekends so I took an extra step and FB messaged them. WELL, within 24 hours I had a message on Facebook and Monday morning (June 29th) I woke up to an email response both stating they would ship out early that week! Because of the 4th of July the shipping was delayed a day or two but I received the next two swaddle gowns today. I cannot day enough about how SOFT they are and how excellent the customer service was. I am so excited to place another order soon!!!!! 馃挋馃Ц

Caden Lane has been the worst customer service I have encountered in quite some time.

Additionally, they deleted my reviews on the two products I ordered because they were 1 star. Gotta love a company that goes out of their way to mislead their consumer base by removing reviews they don鈥檛 like.

I had used $ from my baby shower to purchase a crib sheet and changing pad cover. Upon receiving the item, the color turned out to be a BRIGHT berry color, rather than Dusty Rose, which is pictured as a muted, toned down, deep mauve.

When trying to issue a return, there was no number to contact in order to discuss the misrepresented product I had received. I did not want to pay for shipping considering I already took a loss on paying $8 for it to get shipped to me. I didn鈥檛 want to lose even more due to an issue on their end of them misrepresenting a product.

There was no phone number to call. They do not reply to emails. I was finally able to get in touch with someone via FB messenger, but those messages were incredibly delayed and not very helpful, UNTIL they agreed to send me a prepaid label! I was so relieved.

I got an email 3 days ago that my refund was being processed AND THEY TOOK OUT THE SHIPPING STILL. I emailed them with screenshots of our conversation where they agreed to pay for shipping, I followed up on messenger twice, only to be told to email in order to reach the correct point of contact. Except… I already sent one and they don鈥檛 reply to emails ever.

This is the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with and I will never purchase from them again. I am absolutely disgusted and I wish I found this trust pilot page before I ever placed the original order. I never would have if I had seen this and all the similar / horrible reviews.

The customer service is awful. I鈥檝e been emailing about my order that I bought as a gift. The only reply I get is an automatic reply email. And of course no phone number is available. I purchased an expensive set and was only informed of a shipping delay AFTER I placed the order. Nothing was posted anywhere on the site. Nothing warned me during my ordering process. I am terribly disappointed. I work in retail and the lack of customer service skills in this country disgusts me.

Received the wrong blanket with a name on it not remotely like the name I ordered. Still have not received a refund nor a corrected blanket. Customer service is AWFUL. Will never order from this company again!

Was going around looking at things put something in my cart typed in a coupon code boom orders placed I was not at all ready to place my order or asked to confirm like most things. My address isn鈥檛 even in there correctly so that鈥檚 cool. So I reached out to the company they sent me back a generic email then went on Instagram posted my concern and now they鈥檙e deleting my comments. They say I can send the item back still have to pay the shipping and don鈥檛 get the coupon code strongly suggest stop shopping somewhere else.

Ordered a NB knotted gown 2 months prior to me having my baby boy, when I placed the order apparently it was on 鈥渂ack order鈥?after contacting the store about a month later they then said they sent me a email stating it was 鈥渂ack ordered鈥?which I never received. Another month passed and I contacted once again, they informed me the inventory came in the wrong color so it would take
A couple more weeks to ship and receive my order. Long story short I learned my lesson, the gown came in just a couple days before giving birth to my new born baby. (Thank goodness) wouldn鈥檛 recommend unless you have 3 months to wait around I wouldn鈥檛 order from this company.
