I bought an office chair on the Italian site of this company on the 24th of April.
I chose this company because they claimed fast and door-to-door delivery even during COVID time, despite the fact that price paid was about as much as twice the price available on other renown e-commerce sites.
The courier attempted to deliver the chair on the 8th of May (two weeks since purchase, not two days…) but I refused the delivery both because the courier didn't want to bring it to my door and, more important, because the parcel was severely damaged.
On the 20th of May the courier came back and, seizing both a temporary leave of custodian from janitor's and the COVID time delivery procedures (no acceptance signature required), left the parcel in the janitor's and run away, tracking the parcel as "delivered".
The parcel left is actually destroyed, more than simply damaged.
I immediately contacted the company communicating purchase resolution (according to the law) and asking for a full refund.
The company, in theory and only as an "exception" (while this is one of my consumer's rights!), told me they would refund the price, but up to now they didn't do so.
As a result I opened a dispute, later turned into a claim, to get my money back by Paypal (fingers crossed).
I'd like to kindly ask the company not to contact me asking to change/delete this review; I'd be happy to report the end of the endless story once I get my money back.
And I'll kindly ask the company not to report this review to Trustpilot, as no violation can be acknowledged.
In short, I can't recommend anyone to deal with this company.
