Sends wrong product and generic responses

I ordered a stationary bike and so did my friend. I received a face mask and my friend received a pair of sun glasses. Every time I email them they act like they sent the right product and their response are generic. I paid through PayPal and paypal won't take any action against them or block them from their services but continue to encourage people to pay through them only to lose their money.

Did not receive my online order, phone number listed is not a working number

I ordered an lol dollhouse from cadecloth.com. After a week of no shipment email, I emailed the company asking where my order was. Another week later I received an email from them with a fake shipment tracking number. I tried to call them and the number listed on the website is not a working number.
