I tried after Christmas to claim my cadeaukaart: the website didn't work, no error message. I contacted the customer service, and beside having to pay the delivery (2euros) for the card, I didn't receive anything. I sent out 4 email and no response at all.
The worst service ever in The Netherlands.
I'm considering to report it to the Centraal Meldpunt Nederlands as a scam website.

It's a scam. My card(50$) never gets activated and no one replies to me on the contact form. Finally got a reply after 10 days. They manually activated my card twice then finally works.

Ordered a 100 euro gift card with supposed overnight delivery. It鈥檚 been almost a week and nothing. Emailed, no response.
Terrible customer service.
Never, ever again.
It鈥檚 now been 2 weeks and still nothing. Called my bank and they have advised I go to the police, which I will be doing.
Should have checked before ordering, this 鈥渃ompany鈥?does not have a contact phone number.

I had a very bad experience cannot recommend using this service for gift cards. It is not clear that their gift cards actually expire one year after the date of purchase rather than the date they are activated (you log-in). Since I received it as a wedding gift, I did not know the exact purchase date and relied on what was written on the card (one year after activation). After I contacted customer service to explain my case, they only offered me some sort of deal where I can get discounts on visiting parks, renting cars, etc. Obviously, I would need to spend more money in something I am not interested in (leaving NL) and it was not even close to the value I lost (my value was 75 euros vs 30 euro for the discount card). They never responded to my complaint or offered something acceptable. They are obviously not interested in satisfied customers but only in making money.
This is a rip off and I cannot recommend using this service.

But after sending the e-mail, we have received the reply immediately, and they sent out a new card.

First time I ordered one for 50 euros, I was a bit nervous, but all went very well, All in 4 steps and no way to loose. Very satisfied. Already ordered another card for a friend. Best site for a quick gift for all occasions. Plan to use it a lot.

This is a very nice option to give someone a present. They can choose whatever they like. It would be even nicer to have more shops where to redeem the giftcards.

beyond the fact that it's impossible to pay on corporate card/ pay an invoice.
i found it a good experience. easy to order, good product variety and very helpful and responsive customer service.

It is easy to use and receive.
Main problem for me: nor the communication neither the webpage is in English. So, if I receive a gift card as a present (like, this time, I received it from my company) I will use it. But, since I cannot speak Dutch, I will not consider on giving this card as a gift, because of the effort and time that doing the translation means.
