Fully automated registration of account and order, but with a small disadvantage that postage fee was showed after PayPal acceptance page.
Also, they have to revise their products' pictures, which are not matching the actual product.
Overall rate is absolutely satisfied and I give 5 stars without any doubts.

Made a purchase of a jrc 2 man contact bivvy over a week before my big fishing weekend from another online fishing site. Purchased the winter skin from cactus as it was the cheapest. Arrived within 24hours of dispatch.
On the Wednesday before my fishing weekend the company supplying my bivvy stuff they couldn't get it to me on time. Ten minutes before closing I rang cactus to see if they had one in stock as I was now in a mad panic.
Quick check and they confirmed they had one and would be able to get it to me by Friday.
Arrived at 10.30am on Friday and saved my fishing weekend. If there was any Criticism it would be that I tried twice to contact the sites team to check in delivery and got there voicemail both times. But all in all fantastic service and am looking to purchase more items soon and will defiantly check the website first.

Excellent delivery arrived 48hours after ordering, used the next Sunday and landed a 35lb tope the rod coped easily. Absolutely would recommend it. It was the 20/30lb class
