They are advertising in your location as a local company with a local number but it is then transferred unknowingly to a company based in Manchester. (Very clever you would never think to question this at that moment of your enquiry as it will be a local number you rang to your local area making you think you are booking with a local company) we so called booked with Cheltenham minibus hire. Three weeks on from the original booking being confirmed and with the deposit taken I have Been informed by a so called third party independent coach driver today that the named company we booked with has gone bust and is in receivership and questioning how did I pay the original booking fee?
ie the full amount or deposit? once you confirm this information, he then goes on to say if I pay him direct any remaining costs as we had only paid the deposit and with the collection day being 03.00am would then be fulfilled and further confirmation would be received!!!!
Your original booking arrangements even though you have paid we had paid a large deposit to what you think is the original company in your area in our case Cheltenham minibuse hire.
Turns out this company so called real name is either minibus transfers or minibuses Manchester to name but a few they operate under of which none of the so called company鈥檚 names even exist along with Cheltenham minibus hire who we thought we had booked with originally. (Why would you search a person name you speak to when you think you are booking with a genuine local company?) AMY MILLS is the named acting transport manager on your documentation you receive (you would never think to goggle search this name as you genuine thinking you have booked with a legitimate company and rang a local company at this point to your area you live in but a huge lesson learnt I wish I had done this named person check now!!!)
They have only luckily scammed us out of the deposit paid which could of been so much worse if the full amount had been paid.
With no way of proving this company has gone bust or in receivership as notified by a so called independent driver acting on their company鈥檚 behalf as a third party today three weeks on from the original company booking?
A lot of money has been taken for a confirmation document that is not even worth the paper it is written on.
With this in mind and so you don鈥檛 lose any further money to these criminals as alarm bells Went off with this unusual follow up call or even worse you pay more and then never collected, left stranded or not transferred in a road worthy vehicle with a qualified driver as planned With no insurance or even a accident waiting to happen, we have taken legal advice and are now looking not to put the family through anymore upset or even worse.
Total scammers save you money DO NOT BOOK you will lose out or it may even cost a life AVOID AT All COSTS

Had to pay a lot to get home on the train
Had paid the money am now trying to get a refund but no luck so far this happened 8th July 2019
They are very rude and put the phone down on you all the time

Amy happily took our 拢60 deposit – assigned us a random driver who I will not name as I finally got my money back from him. He then called me when I was confused and concerned and assured me that everything will go smoothly on the night (pick up of 12 people from a festival 1 hour drive home). We paid 拢70 to the driver and were going to pay the rest in cash once we got home.
I emailed 'Amy Mills' asking for a tracker for our driver, number plate etc, what if we can't get hold of our driver on the night & if we were covered and RECEIVED NO REPLY. I had contacted our driver each day leading up to confirm & he assured all will be fine.
On the night we were left waiting early hours in the morning for an hour in the freezing cold after a festival, the driver lied every 5 minutes saying his driver was 'en route'. He refused to give us a contact number for the driver (gave a fake number), no number plate, then suddenly he couldn't get hold of him. He had told me he himself was picking us up and then on the night apparently he had a different 'driver'. This was never communicated. HE WAS NEVER COMING. These people are liars. Getting my 拢70 back from the driver took two weeks of continuous lies, he even arranged to meet with cash in a busy city (because apparantly he couldn't bank transfer) then never turned up and stopped answering calls 5 minutes before meet time… all in all it was a very dangerous and illegal situation and I am pleased I finally got my refund after pushing for two weeks.
I am still waiting for the 拢60 from Amy 'minibustransfers'. She has also promised it has been processed, asked for my details and no surprise I haven't received. She has also stopped answering my phone calls. They have made their money and have moved onto the next target where they will steal your money and then proceed to ignore you.
Who the f*** are these people? I wonder how they sleep at night. Karma will get them for sure
Please do not give them your money, it has been an extremely stressful few weeks dealing with these scammers.

I booked this after a google search for minibuses local to my area and was taken in by the professional looking website stating they had a fleet of vehicles and local drivers. This was completely misleading as our driver said he had come from miles away and the company are based in Manchester. The office take the booking for a job and then put it out to whichever driver accepts it.
The driver was 3 hours late on the way and half an hour on the way back and the minibus had several broken seat belts. Some of our party had been unable to travel with us at short notice – this was lucky because if we had all been there, there would not have been a seat for us all, let alone a seat with a working seat belt!
Some of our party were due to be picked up on the way but paid for a taxi to the main pickup point to save time because the driver was so late. We were promised a refund for this but it obviously never happened.
The driver was unprofessional and became rude and abusive when challenged on the problems we had encountered. Having read the other reviews I think we were lucky to get there and back in one piece.

They say the customer will pay the driver, then take payment direct from the customer, tell you to invoice them and then never pay… SHARKS

Last week we pre-booked a return taxi to a location approx. 1 hour 30 minutes away. The same driver made both journeys. We took the taxi from a location on the side of the A31. When making the return journey we pre-booked a route with Amy, confirming 3 drop off points so that 12 intoxicated people could safely get to their respective homes at 3:30am.
On the taxi drive back – the driver would only drop to the original pick up location, offering to drop us at our pre-arranged drop offs in exchange for MORE money. We refused to pay this as we had already paid the quoted fee which was confirmed by Amy.
After the driver argued with us he eventually left us at our original pick up location – leaving the majority of passengers no way to get home. People had to walk 2 hours to the nearest town, in the early hours of the morning, to get home. The fact that the taxi driver had no care in the world about our safety is disgusting.
We wrote to Amy and called her to complain about our awful journey, she hung up several times and denied that she confirmed the drop offs – even though we have written email confirmation. We will be continuing to complain to this company until we receive a refund, and will take it to a small claims court if need be.
We did not get the package that we pre-arranged and paid for, we believe this is a scam – DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GET WHAT YOU ASKED FOR!

This is the second review I have ever left online and I need to do this so that no one else goes through my nightmare. I used this company to transfer a number of my family the night before my wedding but I guess I should have read the reviews! The result was one of the most stressful days that I have had in a long time. I had my reservations about the company anyway, but on the day before and the morning of the transfer I spoke to the designated driver and told him how important it was for me that the transfer went smoothly and he assured me everything would be ok.
Come the scheduled pick up time he hadn鈥檛 arrived and alarm bells started to ring. I called the driver multiple times and he didn鈥檛 pick up the phone. I called cab transfers who are probably the most rude people I鈥檝e dealt with. They finally called him and told me his car had broken down and had now been fixed and he would arrive in an hour. I questioned why he hadn鈥檛 called me but they had no reply. An hour later he still hadn鈥檛 turned up so I phoned cab transfers again who this time put the phone down on me. Stressed out I hired two ordinary cabs for the 3 hour journey who charged me over 拢1000 but luckily got my guests over safe and sound for our amazing wedding.
I paid cab transfers a deposit which they haven鈥檛 paid back and I鈥檓 going through legal channels to get back. If you don鈥檛 want to go through what I went through please NEVER use this company.

I then had to speak to Amy Mills… what a completely stuck up, rude entitled little girl. She claimed it was our fault that one of our car seats didn't have the ability to be strapped in and it was tough luck. I was in absolute shock. She then hung up on me… 3 times.
My wife then called her back and amy said ' are you on holiday ' to which my wife responds ' yes ', amys response…. ' WHATS THE PROBLEM THEN! '. I have never been spoken to in this way before. It was disgusting. She promised we would get a new van for the return journey. We didn't want to use them anymore but thought we would trust again.
On our return journey we had been promised a brand new Mercedes sprinter with isofix points… guess what…. an hour and a half late the same driver turns up with the same mini bus… We sent him away as it was unsafe for our children's car seats to go in and an unsuitable vehicle to be using.
We rang the office and got hung up on. We then rang back and got told there is nothing they can do.. call back tomorrow… hung up on again.
8 adults and 2 children freezing cold with no way of getting home… Thanks a lot.
Honestly, these guys are frauds and we will be reporting them to every single body and organisation we know to get them shut down. Disgusting that people are allowed to trade. What a horrible experience. What goes around comes around

Booked a drop off and collection to airport drop happened although driver advised he was called last minute to collect and had driven all the way from east london – the collection another story – i requested confirmation all was scheduled the day before as i had a 10 hour flight and knew communication would be difficult – confirmed by email so all good.
arrived at heathrow 10 mins early and managed to be through bag collection 10 mins before schedule pick up time.. – no contact, so waited – at agreed pick up time still no contact so i called – woman answered took my name and location and went away to check… – came back within 1 min – suddenly she cant hear me – i haven't moved, she is on a landline, i'm heathrow with reception at peek levels – my alarm bells are ringing…
The sudden deafness causes her to hang up ! – so i wait 30 seconds for her to call me back – after all she has my booking, my name and number…
no call so i call back – get a man and before i can finish my sentence – i get an abrupt 'we cant do that pick up anymore' – im like wt!? tried to explain this was confirmed by them less than 12 hours previously and has been a long standing booking for over 2 weeks – but again mr robot, no apology, no shame, we cant do that pick up – i asked to speak to the manager – apparently mr robot was the manager (how convenient that manager answers the phone !!) – seriously avoid at all costs and how are business like this still in business?

I cancelled the booking with Amy, who said I had spoken to her and booked another minibus and would not be getting my deposit back. I had never spoken to her and had done everything via email to have a trail if anything went wrong.
I have still not received my deposit back and looks like I will have to take them to the small claims court.
Do not use this company. You will lose any money you have paid them and they will not fulfil the contract. If I could have given zero stars in the rating I would have done.

It's unfortunate that we chose to grow to heights of standard adults and body widths that exceed that of small children, but I guess this is the standard we must accept.
