They sent item by Fed-Ex Express. Very fast service, faster than needed. Would have accepted slower transit and save some money. Oh, BTW, they sent the wrong item, but graciously apologized and sent the correct one.

The cables came in the timely fashion. They are well protected. The cable works very well and is exactly what I needed. The cable that was on my Hubby's headset had broken one of the wires inside.

I needed an Audio-Stereo cable to replace the one broken on a headset. My Hubby could only hear sound coming from one ear piece. When the cable came, he immediately replaced the original cable. He could finally hear out of both ear pieces. He said that the sound is even better with the new cable.
