I ordered it, they supplied it, all went perfectly,

Product (surge protector 6 way socket) delivered promptly and was good vfm. However, a query made about a "possible" fault on the unit was made by e-mail shortly afterwards but went – surprisingly – unanswered. ("Fault" self rectified later so unit in fully working order.) Possibly just a simple buyer / seller communications glitch??

Trustpilot have asked me to review a "recent" purchase made around a year ago when I purchased an extension lead from Cable Guy Direct.

I have no recollection of this purchase though I can say that the extension lead has been problem free and still works fine.
