Totally misled by cabinville.co.uk. I found a cabin which I wanted to purchase & requested the price. During a series of emails I was quoted a price, including vat, several times. This price corresponded to the price quoted on the cabinville website so I decided to go ahead with the purchase. At this point I was suddenly advised that the price didn't include vat (contrary to previous emails & the website) At this point the price on the website suddenly increased accordingly.
This was either a lack of product knowledge & misleading website information or a deliberate attempt to inflate the profit margin. Repeated incompetence or dubious selling ethics?

Bought a cabin from Cabinville 3 years ago and it's as perfect as the day it was assembled. Brilliant service and top quality product. Better than any of the bigger names on the internet or in showrooms that I researched and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend

I am very pleased with my bespoke home office cabin which is of outstanding quality and does represent a good price.

I had someone locally build the cabin for me, and Trevor kindly provided handwritten instructions that were very helpful.

The only slight hitch was that there was a delay with production on the cabin which was due to the suppliers having a fire in the mill, so no fault of Cabinville. I was offered a full refund, but wanted to wait for the cabin, and am so pleased that I did now. The haulage company were very professional and pleasant to deal with as well.

We ordered a 6×4 Cowslip cabin from Cabinville, to be used as a home office and recreational space.

After researching Cabins online and dealing with some suspect looking deals we were happy to find Cabinville.
From the very beginning when dealing with Andrea on the finance and general arrangements the service and support given was very professional, helpful and friendly.
Throughout my many phone calls I never once got the impression that I was becoming a nuisance and in fact was reassured not to hesitate to call back with any query.
The cabin arrived exactly as planned and the transport company were more than helpful during the delivery.
Trevor supplied his personal mobile number to be contacted over the erection weekend and was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with our queries when contacted.
The cabin went up over the weekend without problem and also has a coat of stain to protect from the weather.
The general cabin quality was superb and we are convinced that a better deal could not be found.
We really feel that we have had value for money and would recommend Cabinville without hesitation.

After an extensive search online and visiting a site found Cabinville and gave them a call. From the 1st call onwards it was a great experience. Professional advice and helping me to choose the best option and not the most expensive option. I have had quotes given by other companies which were at least more than 100% more dearer than cabinville. Based on their recommendation purchased 4.2m x 6m cabin. They sent their installation person to check my built area and suggest the best base for the built.
The cabin arrived a day later due to the mistake of the delivery company and Cabinville ensured that it there was no further delays. The Installer Steve came on time as confirmed and single handedly moved every single part to the back garden site from the front. He did a splendid job of setting up the Cabin.
All i can say is that it is a Fantastic value for money and great workmanship. We just love the cabin. On completion we where given the advice on what paint to use to ensure that the cabin is painted with the right paint to ensure durability.
Cabinville actually deserves more than 5 stars.

I purchased a beautiful Cabin from Cabinville after extensive research into many companies and I could not be more delighted! I absolutely cannot praise the product or the Company enough. Both are superb!! Fantastic value for money and great workmanship. The company could not have been more helpful in every way from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, the help and advice they gave us was faultless. No parts missing and no damage. Complete and intensive instructions. Faultless in every way. I love the cabin and so does everybody else that has seen it or stayed in it. Having searched websites for log cabins, I found Cabinville site for an amatuer like me very easy to use. I also spoke with lots of companies over the phone, who didn't really give me the answers I was looking for, that was until I contacted Cabinville, who gave me a down to earth price with no extras on my chosen cabin. A delivery window that Cabinville beat by a week. Overall I found Cabinville very friendly, professional and precise. I found the instructions more than capable to follow, and with a good foundation as recommended me and my mates where up and running in two days even in the rain. The quality of the cabin was better than I expected. I use the cabin as club house, and although recently purchased the family have had some great times already definately the best buy this year!

i found this company really helpfull,any querries was sorted out over the phone.am impressed with the cabin i bought. they replaced a window handel ,that i broke ,the next day.overall really impressed.they even phoned us to see how we was progressing on building the cabin.

I am delighted with the outcome of my cabin. It blends into my garden with majestic style. From my first dealings with Cabinville I found them to be helpful and honest. They assisted me with building regulations requirements to ensure my cabin was correctly constructed and signed off by the council. I scoured the internet for some months and had dealings with several companies. I can genuinely say that Cabinville were the most competitive as well as the best product. I love my cabin and spend most of my free time in there. I have so far had a new year鈥檚 eve party, regular pool completions, football team end of season doo, Sunday football sessions and now planning my fianc茅es 30th birthday bash in there. I am so glad I invested in a cabin and not a conservatory!!!

I searched no end looking for a log cabin to be used as a home office. I found numerous log cabin companies on the Internet and narrowed it down to 6 companies. I visited each individual company and I am so glad I did the quality was very poor until I found Cabinville HOORAY!!!!! Cabinville log cabins stood out the quality of the wood and the joinery was first class. When you are paying over 拢6k for a cabin this is the quality you would expect to find. Cabinville were extremely helpful, the service was top notch! August Bank Holiday I built my cabin with a friend we are OK DIY's but this cabin went up like a dream. The instructions were very clear and Cabinville helped when we needed a little guidance! Today was my first day working in my luxurious log cabin and it was a pleasure.

I got the cabin without the proper assembly instructions, no roof boards, wrongly cut roof beams and wall boards. Getting the roof boards took about a month and I am currently trying to get full recompense for the defective materials, wrong instructions and extended delays in supply. I would strongly advise against any dealings with this company. I had to raise a court action to get the cash refund I was entitled to.

I bought a cabin 2 months ago from Cabinville Log Cabins in Bressingham, Norfolk. I spent many months searching other log cabins companies and Cabinville stood out from the crowd.
