Cabinetparts shipped my order the next day after I ordered the parts. It took FEDEX 12 days to deliver these parts. Saw on TV last night that FEDEX had a technical problem here is Georgia that delayed 1000's of orders being delivered. Finally received my parts thru USPS yesterday. Please dont use FEDEX again. UPS much better for reliability. Problem was not cabinetparts but fully FEDEX>

Half of my order was not in the box when I recieved my shipment. Items just thrown unprotected into a large ziplock bag, no screws with the mounting plates. Maybe my standards are to high because I've only done high end custom furniture for the past 12 years but this was seriously disappointing.

Shopped before & had great result. This time there was a delivery issue. Contacted customer service and received assurances the interim fix would be received Friday, not received until Sunday. No help at all.

The first cabinet/trash can insert was too small (our mistake). So, my husband returned it and then went and ordered a new one. However, I paid for the first one and he paid for the second one. It has been almost 2 weeks since we sent it back and I have yet to receive a refund for the return. My husband was online with customer service yesterday and they promised to fix the issue, but this morning I still do not have a refund.

I wanted to order Hafele lighting. The sales associate that I talked with knew little to nothing about there products and said that I would be put in contact with a lighting specialist—-who never became available. I finally basically guessed at which components that I would need and placed an on line order. Luckily I did pretty well and only had to order two extension cables to complete my project. Shipping was very fast and prices were good but customer service—-not so much.

About month ago I place order amount $8.91 and paid for second day delivery extra $17.15. Delivery was as regular for 6 business days. I return item in second day after delivery and receive money back $8.91 only three weeks later. Total I lost money and waste time for communication with service staff. Double check your order if you plase on CabinetParts. Do not recommend this store!

I would like to give 0 stars. Paid for 32 hinges and never received. It's been 1 1/2 months since my order. Was told twice customer service would contact me within 1 business day and here I am 2 weeks later still waiting. They are scammers

I have been trying get some one to help me with returning some hinges for over a month. How does this company have the gull to stay open when they are using the pandemic as their excuse for bad customer service. I had an on line chat and this person had no answer and he finally quit talking and hung up, with me still having no answers for how to return these hinges that was still wrong. I now have two orders that is the wrong item and over a $100.00 in cost. So it looks like a long line of unhappy customers with no one to help.
SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING IN THIS LINE, FINE ANOTHER COMPANY .

This is a scam operation.
DO NOT ORDER FROM CABINETPARTS.COM
Never got my hinges – can't get a straight answer from anyone. My reply emails get returned as un-deliverable, I'm kept on hold for HOURS with no clear answers as to where my order is.
Horrible experience.

I ordered door tracks and some hangers. The hangers are fine, but the tracks came with no hardware (ok, I can deal with that) but no information about what size screws to use to match the holes in the track, no installation instructions… nothing. I reached out to customer service asking for some of that information and haven't heard back. So I've been put in the position of dragging a 5' long piece of aluminum track to a hardware store and just randomly putting screws through the holes until finding one that fits appropriately, but I still don't know what the recommended length is, or screw head type, or anything… Its fine that you don't provide the actual hardware, but just the tiniest bit of information would make this much much easier. The products seem really good, but I doubt I'll order from you again.

Service was easy to use with helpful instructions as to the appropriate part to buy. Unfortunately, the parts that I received did not fit my cabinets. I tried to reach the company to order the correct part, but was unable to do so (i.e., no phone number). As a consequence, I purchased the correct parts locally.

Ok I had the very same issues that most of the other reviews had and I was so mad for me and that other people that cabinet parts.com had screwed! I went on the defensive, I filed a report with PayPal, Florida BBB, and then I send tons of emails to Cabinet parts , especially after getting emails from them promoting there new red hot sale today! 馃槨
So after all that I finally got my refund!!
Not what weapon was the one that worked?
My advice to others is to not let them off the hook !

I was supposed to receive a quart of touch-up paint with my cabinet order but it was missing. I contacted customer service and sometime later I received a small envelope with a touch-up paint pen instead of the quart of paint.
Last year I ordered the same cabinets for my daughters house and received my quart of paint so I don't know why there was a change in sending the expected quart of paint.

I didn't look for reviews before buying from here and wish I had. I thought my dad ordered from here, but now I'm not so sure.
The customer service system for CabinetParts.com is terrible. The people themselves were very kind and obviously wanted to help. The system leaves customers feeling angry and jipped. I had ordered parts on May 2nd and never received a shipping notification. My confirmation email did show some items wouldn't be available to ship for a couple of weeks, so I waited until that time. Nothing. A little annoyed, Friday May 15, I started by trying to go through chat to find out where my order was. The rep told me he could not help me with my issue and that I would need to put in a ticket that would supposedly be addressed within 4 hours. I thought it was weird that he couldn't help me, but accepted the service ticket he created for me. I never received any followup on that ticket, however. Come Monday I decide to call customer service. I was 10th in line and was fine with waiting–the song is catchy. When I got to 4th in line the automated voice changed and told me I could either use the online chat (which I already knew couldn't help me) or reserve a callback. I didn't realize it was going to hangup on me if I didn't select one of those and was mad that I couldn't just keep waiting. I immediately called back and was over 10 people in line! Furious, I selected the callback so I could go on with my day. I then tried chat again–because why not try to see if the automated voice was justified in pointing me in that direction? I unloaded on the poor rep and tried to move my issue forward. All he could do was mark my request as urgent (though he put the incorrect reason down and the response I got from good old Scott here was less than helpful). Then I finally received my callback! I was so happy when I was told I was next in line. But almost immediately the other automated voice came on and gave me the chat or callback option (again) and then kicked me off. I couldn't believe how impossible it was to even just stay on hold! I decided to call back a few hours later to find I was 4th in line. I kept expecting the worst, but I finally made it to a real human who was extremely helpful and told me the items were on backorder and that the company had never sent me an email. She helped split the order so I could get the items that were in stock and still wait for the other items. Like I said, the people were trying to help, and the woman on the phone did an EXCEPTIONAL job, but cabinetparts.com needs to rethink how they support their customers because it was the worst I have ever encountered.
Considering I have not yet received my items this company may certainly be a scam…buyer beware.

Cabinet Parts sent me the wrong hinges!
You sent me 8 – Blum hinges 70T355-01 (as stamped on the back of the hinge cup).
I ordered 8 – Blum hinges BH70T3750.TL that I have NOT received.

I have been working for weeks to get you to send me the correct hinges. I have called and spent hours on hold listening to that song about being on hold. I am sure that someone at your company thinks the song is funny. I have sent emails only to get an auto-reply from your mail server that someone from the support staff is reviewing my problem. I have sent pictures of the hinges I received and when I called back your support person they said that Yes we sent you the wrong hinges. I did get an email from Sarah stating that my replacement order was being shipped ASAP.

Oh did I say that I still have not received the correct hinges.

The project I was working on has been canceled. So I am out the cost of the hinges (the correct one I never received), wood, drawer slides and all the other materials and time I used on the project.

** I have received the correct hinges 2 months after I ordered them. **
