If I could give 0 stars I would. Because that's how many cabinets I've received after paying $7,640 two months ago. They were quick to take my money, but I haven't seen any cabinets, and from the sound of things, it will be at least another 2 weeks before I do see them. I placed my order on September 15th.

I hope that the quality of cabinet is better than the quality of customer service if I ever do see the cabinets. We were told we would have the cabinets in 5 to 6 weeks. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks. I've had to postpone the countertop people because CabinetGiant has failed on their end. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

I needed some small items to finish the jab and My contact was handled quickly and shipped immediately, Great company to deal with.

This company has been excellent. They were very helpful from the time I made my order until the project is almost finished. Donna has been a great resource and has helped me with many of my questions.

During these uncertain times, Cabinet Giant was terrific. They sent beautiful cabinets and even tracked down a special order cabinet for me. I used them on my last kitchen with wonderful results. This experience has been every bit as good. The quality of the cabinets is amazing as is their customer service.

Ordered a full set of RTA Shaker cabinets. Support was good before purchase.

Once I had paid, with Paypal as they don't accept direct credit cards, the communication was not good. Delivery took much longer than expected and when they finally showed up, 3 pieces were damaged, and 2 pieces were missing. They were ok with sending replacements but it took over 3 weeks, which held up our kitchen reno.

Again not much communication as far as when to expect delivery. Once the pieces finally got here, the pantry side had the wrong holes drilled, so the holes don't match up making the shelves lopsided. When I sent photos and told them, I got no reply.

The paint chips pretty easily, but the cabinets look nice once installed. The soft close works well.

Prices are an A, quality is B, service about a C, Satisfaction about a D. Overall about a C+.

Love the new cabinets and they arrived 4 weeks early! I am just waiting to hear back about how I obtain touch up paint! This is my only disappointment as my email from a week ago has not been answered. Maybe consider adding in a small can of spray paint and a small touch up bottle.

We are very happy with our cabinets. All of our questions, which were many, were answered quickly and to the best of their ability. We would use them again.

I have bought at least 12 kitchens over the last couple of years and have had exceptional service.
If we had any glitches the problem was promptly solved.
Would highly recommend the service and the product. Everyone who received these kitchens was extremely satisfied.

i was a first tim e buyer and they took great care of me like i was a weekly buyer everyone was there in a positive influence would not hesitate to buy from again and again

I鈥檝e bought several kitchens and have always worked with Donna. The cabinets are great but, Donna is even better. What a pleasure. Now for the cabinets themselves; the finishes could be a little more durable and they should make a greater variety of cabinets.

Everything was what it should have been. Everything was delivered with no damage and went together with ease

I have ordered ready-to-assemble cabinets from them for use in 3 houses. Quality is excellent and they are easy for the average DIY person. Service is excellent, too.

This is the second time I've used Cabinet Giant, and both times the service was excellent and the product was accurate.

We are VERY HAPPY with our experience purchasing our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities from Cabinet Giant! Our sales representative, Donna, was excellent. She spent a lot of time working out the details with our designs, and when we received the cabinets, she continued to help. If a cabinet was damaged, it was replaced quickly. The cabinets are high quality. We are now working with Donna for a kitchen for our daughter. You can't go wrong purchasing these cabinets!

This is the third kitchen I have done using ur cabinets and I have installed a lot of kitchens I like ur cabinets I think they are top notch I make beautiful kitchens using ur products compared to the box stores top cabinet line and price u blow them out of the water. I as a contractor will continue selling ur product because I stand behind my work and I only use quality products and ur on my list of stand up vendors. Thanks for helping me give my clients the best kitchens money can buy they r extremely satisfied beyond all expentations. Or in other terms sooo happy! Lol

I am a return customer having purchased both bathroom and kitchen cabinets over the last 10 years. The design team is hugely helpful and the customer service is outstanding.

They really came through when we were in a pinch; and the cabinets were better quality than we had been receiving from our normal supplier.

Good quality for a good price. Excellent support and after purchase.

We flip homes. Been doing it since way before it was cool. We buy kitchens every couple weeks, and we design all of our own layouts. We don't need anyone to look over our shoulders, so maybe we are not the typical customer. As it is, we never actually spoke to anyone from the company, but there wasn't any need. Got a confirmation email and that was the extent of our back and forth. We put in the cabinet list, paid the fee, cabinets arrived a few days later. One damaged but not where it mattered, so I just repaired it myself.
Cabinets were a little more than our typical cost, but the quality was better and the overall construction was done accurately. We buy a lot of knockdown cabinets and these were better than most. Way better at this price point. We used a cream cabinet that was a little further up the food group, and they look very sharp.
Bottom line? We will definitely use these guys again without reservation.
