I have spent months trying to recoup my money from this company. I canceled my initial order within 24 hours for very good reason and despite their lag time being 30 days (it turned out to be much longer), they were unable to cancel because "production had begun." Yeah, right. With the lag times it was likely they hadn't even printed the order yet. They now have possession of doors I do not need/cannot even use, my money, and even attempted an unsolicited delivery despite knowing I was seeking reimbursement. I was even willing to compromise and accept a reduced refund initially. Avoid this company and do not believe their fake positive reviews.

BEWARE: worst company I have ever worked with. Unbelievable wrong experience, the most rude people on the phone or chat (See attached).
Liars, everything they told me was a lie, items took three months to deliver, some items are wrong, promised me a refund several times and then changed their mind, lied about lead times, lied about shipping dates, lied about the refund, and then after keeping me in the dark for weeks and weeks they have the nerve to ask me to remove the bad reviews and they will issue the refund. LIES!
I have lost money and time with this company, but if I can help anyone else steer away from them and not have to experience what I have, I will post reviews with my experience everywhere I can. Also, check BBB rating and Yelp

Do your research and look at the reviews posted on Google, Yelp, BBB and don't make the same mistake that I and countless others made by using this company. I ordered 2 cabinet doors on May 18th and almost 3 months later still have not received anything. This company never sends out any updates on your order, does not issue any refunds (without getting your bank involved), and does a run-around when you reach out to get the status of your order. I've reached out numerous times and have been told "It's with sanding" or "It's with finishing" with a generic "It'll be between X and X business days before completion".
When that time-frame of completion passes, it's groundhogs day all over again and you're back to being told "It's with sanding" or "It's with finishing" with a generic "It'll be between X and X business days before completion".
Do more research than I did and go with a more reputable company that will actually complete your order in a timely manner.

World order finally arrived after nearly three Months.
To be fair, the product was as described and seems to be good quality.

I have ordered cabinet doors from multiple companies in the past and all I can say is that this company is a complete failure. Quite possibly a fraud. I was told 4 weeks for doors, canceled my order at week 9 after several outright lies from them and now I am told that they will not cancel or refund. I dont even feel right giving them one star.

Been waiting since end of March for TWO doors. Was told regardless of COVID-19, business was still able to operate. First ship date was mid April, then pushed to May, again pushed to end of June. Every time I call to follow up, I receive conflicting information. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would be put on "the manager's wait list". Apparently, I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. Oh and these TWO doors are for a client of ours so it's a ripple effect of dissatisfied customers.

Decent product but if you have any deadlines or expectations of finishing a project inside 3 months then don't waste your time and money. There are plenty of other options for doors and I'm sure others are willing to admit their mistakes and provide some type of acceptable customer service.
I placed an order for doors the first week of January and was told it would take 15-20 business days to complete my order. 35 days later I was told it would be another 10 days and they would rush shipping. 12 days later after not hearing anything I contacted again and was told 15 more days at which point I tried to cancel the order that had not even been started after 2 months and was told there are no refunds or cancelations. I spent my weekend building the doors I need myself to try and keep my customer happy and maybe someday in the next month or so I'll finally receive the product that is absolutely useless to me now. I'll certainly never use Cabinet Door World again and have already advised several others to look elsewhere.

First let me start by saying I've given Cabinet Door World much more than enough time to make things right…It has been several months since I originally ordered cabinet doors from them. After waiting nearly twice the amount of time I was told I'd have to wait for them (an extra 3 weeks to be exact), they arrived on September 20 and were incorrect and therefore useless to me. Their response was that they'd "rush" the correct doors out to me without even taking the time to ask me which doors in particular were needed or following up. As a result I saw no other option than to dispute the charge with my bank/ credit card company. When their company got word of the request for a charge back, one of their staff members contacted me via phone to inform me that if they were to issue a refund, they'd need me to ship the cabinet doors back. On October 15 I complied with that request given to me by their staff member and sent them out via UPS ($150 of my own money) which confirmed that they received them back. Fast forward to today when I have been informed that my dispute was closed because they (the merchant) "carried out a service" for me. My first question for them was why would I be told to go through the costly expense of sending these cabinet doors back if they weren't going to follow through with the refund requested? I clearly haven't been "provided with a service." My family just out the $1,900+ with absolutely nothing to show for it because Cabinet Door World didn't provide the correct product in a timely manner. It just doesn't seem right to me. I feel completely violated and robbed after all of this. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

I ordered one door as a sample, and was going to purchase 40 more if I was satisfied with the product. 7 weeks later, I still didn't receive the door and was told on 3 different occasions that it was being shipped out that week. When I call, I'm always told it's in production but the guys are out to lunch, so they can't check where in production. It's just a constant run around. I'm hoping to dispute the charge on my credit card, but it's been almost 2 months, so I'm not sure I'll be able to dispute it. Don't take the chance.
