DO NOT use this company. The driver was late picking us up from the airport and quite unfriendly. The company had put the wrong drop off/pick up location on our booking, fortunately the driver took us to our hotel but we were unable to contact them regarding our transfer back to the airport and had to catch a taxi from the hotel at extra cost to ourselves. Having complained about this, to Taxico on my return to the UK I was promised a refund but this has never been received. I was then informed to contact Cabforce/Car Trawler direct as they were dealing with the refund but there is no way of contacting them.

Flight cancelled, advised them more than 15 ahead because they explain you would get a credit to postpone for a new taxi but of course they kept the money…. So I was kind enough to avoid a driver to come and wait for us with nothing in return. Sent several emails to complain and of course no answers. Avoid, time waisters

I do not normally write online reviews for anything, but after my experience with this company I felt compelled.

I spent just upwards of 拢70 on return transfers from Paris CDG airport to a hotel in central Paris.

After arriving at the airport at the booked time of 20:30, our driver was nowhere to be seen. A few phone calls to the driver later, it transpires that the driver himself had absolutely no idea he was supposed to be picking us up – as CabForce had not informed him. After attempting to ring CabForce in a panic 6 times over the space of 30 minutes, there was no answer. In the end, myself and my partner had to pay just over 鈧?0 to get the train into central Paris, followed by a 15 minute walk to reach our hotel – we did not arrive till 23:00 in the end, and almost missed check-in.

Fast forward 3 days – it was time for the return flight. Our transfer was booked from our hotel to the airport for 7am. Once again, no sign of a driver. Several phone calls to the driver and the company were met once again with no answer. This meant the exact same solution – over 鈧?0 spent on a train to reach the airport, however delays on our line meant we almost missed our flight home, causing huge stress for the both of us.

I cannot stress enough that you DO NOT book with this company. Not showing up TWICE after being paid over 拢70 for transfers is bad enough, but then to not have any form of customer support or even bother to answer the phone is just shameful. As mentioned previously, I do not normally write reviews for any companies whether I have a good or bad experience, but I do not want someone else having the same experience I had here, and the amount of stress and worry caused by this company.

Whether or not I receive my 拢70 back, or the additional 鈧?5 I had to spend on transport to replace the lack of a driver, remains to be seen. Based on the customer support experience received so far, I highly doubt it.

If you want any type of transfer, I implore you to look elsewhere.

Service was excellent. I had a return taxi from Krakow airport to Krakow main square and then back to the airport after a holiday and the service was first class

I arrived in Paris in the middle of the transport and pensions strikes and was expecting the Taxi to be very late, other travelers were waiting over 1 hour. My taxi arrived only 10 mins late with a very apologetic Didier. What a gentleman from Translocab. Got us to the Hotel through very heavy traffic. On the way back we decided to get to CDG airport an hour earlier than booked. The company was very helpful with with and had no problem getting to the airport. First Class. Would certainly use again.

Never turned up on my arrival at tenerife airport. When phoned they said they wll not be coming and I should get a taxi. No response with regards a refund. Do not touch

Canceled a booking and was promised a refund in 10 working days. A whole month later nothing processed. They have no telephone number to call or live chat so have to fill out a webform, This webform has been submitted several times but no reply.

Driver didn't wait at the airport. When I called him, he said we must wait 3 hours or take other. Cabforce never answer when I tried get money back. Never use this company

Absolute joke of a company, if anyone has the email to complain for a refund please let me know because the online complaints form doesn鈥檛 even work. Transfer from the airport was 40 min late, which is forgivable. However the transport back to airport in return was late, so called and the driver said ten minutes, waited 20 minutes, called again, driver said ten minutes. Another 20 minutes and called to be told to book a different flight as he wasn鈥檛 coming. Had to book a taxi and luckily got to airport with 15 minutes to spare before gate closure. 拢30 on a taxi and basically lost the 拢25 for that transfer because I can鈥檛 for the life of me find a way to claim back. I had a phone call on the taxi apologising for the drivers behaviour and saying a refund would be sent. No refund after two weeks, sent one complaint on the website, no response and now the website form isn鈥檛 Working. Sent an email to the one with my confirmation, not a valid email address. I fear I may have been had for that money. I would recommend you avoid at all costs, these are a disgusting company, not sure whether they are scammers or just thick as pig s**t.

Terrible. Bunch of cowboys. Prepaid for transfer from Brussels travelling alone sun 22nd Sept. Got text advising pickup point. No one there. Called the two numbers provided. One of them to voicemail the other not recognised. Waited over an hour. Had to pay 鈧?4 for taxi. Same thing this am. Got text saying they would pick up from hotel. No one arrived. Had to pay 鈧?5 taxi to get to airport. Already paid 鈧?6 to cabforce. Do not use this company. Will be taking up with credit card company to assist in refund but I doubt will get anywhere. Would give this a -1 score if I could.

don't use this mickey mouse company .booked a car that supposed to hold 4 medium suitcases from dubai airport sent me one that could only hold 2 had to get a taxi now refusing to give me a refund . book with someone else wish i had seen the reviews of the company before i had booked with them . jokers

Transfer did not turn up, called multiple times, said they were on the way, and then waited for another 30 minutes, i called again and they said they were not coming and had to get a taxi. Emailed them when i got home and lied and said i didn't call them (even though i spoke to them on the phone) sent photo evidence of the phone calls. Got a 拢16 refund on the transfer that cost me 拢40 and have to pay $50 for a taxi. DO NOT USE. SCAM!!!!!

Booked a transfer from Barcelona to Lloret de Mar. Booking confirmation said someone would be waiting with a board with my name on. There wasn't anyone there. Followed directions on my confirmation to the information desk to be informed that we would have to wait an hour for the coach. No reason was given as to why we had to wait however our flight landed 15 mins late. On my paperwork, it stated that the bus would wait for 45 mins after the arrival time. So we should have had plenty of time to get to the bus regardless of the delay. Thought it sounded a bit dodgy as I had booked a mini bus with less stops. Or so I thought. Finally, after an hour and ten mins, a big red coach pulls in. With all the drop offs, it took us almost 3 hours to get to our resort. Then we were dropped off… AT THE WRONG HOTEL! Thank God for Google Maps!

On the way back, I sent an email to the actual bus provider asking for details of our pick up. Was told to go to a hotel down the road, pick up at 8.30am. Got there for 8am, coach came at 8.15am. Took an hour and half to the airport. No problems. But the previous drop off has put me off ever booking with this company again!

Very poor service in Bucharest. The driver dropped us at the wrong place and we had to walk around 500m with our cases to the correct address. He was very dismissive when we asked for help and just drove off. On return, he was 40 mins late, didn't apologise and we almost missed our flight. The company seem to have numerous phone numbers all over the place – I was called from Tel Aviv and New York.

Had a booking that I paid for Istanbul this was a return.

Wish I had read the reviews because it was a nightmare trying to contact them . I sent an email to doublecheck whether or not they were picking me up but no response to email .

Carried on looking on their website for a phone number but there was none to be found .

Istanbul airport has relocated to try to change the booking but again could not get hold of anyone or get a response. Cancelled before the 24 hours but then didn鈥檛 get a response straight away saying that I would get no refund . I would avoid using this company by all means .

Pre paid a taxi pick up from Paris and they didn鈥檛 turn up. Despite sending a text confirmation in the morning! Do not use! Luckily my bank will sort them out

booked a return transfer in tenerife gave flight numbers and times of arrival,17,30 pm and departure, 18.00,,,,,arrival was ok he was 10 min late ,,on departure sat waiting,when i called up 1st no answer from the driver,,then got in touch with the office when asked were the taxi was i was told your pick up is at 6pm,,,,,,when i explained that was the departure time of the flight no taxi was available for over an hour,,,,reading all the other reviews please stay clear of this company even if it 拢5 or 拢10 dearer,with someone else,,,

After reading reviews I was very anxious about whether the transport would show. On arrival at Malaga airport our driver was waiting in arrivals and on departure the transport was waiting outside our apartment. The price of this was very reasonable and lots cheaper than other competitors. Very pleased with this company

They were late picking us up from airport which wasnt too bad as the driver made up time on the motorway and was quiet pleasant and helpful , but our return journey was a shambles ,first of all driver was late again and he demanded that we pay the motorway tolls of which we had no choice as we would have late for our check in ,we certainly will not use this company again

Saw this company on Skyscanner…..good quote for transfer from Ibiza Airport to resort. My friend booked for herself (as going at different time from rest of us) and paid. However, once she'd done this, it stated to wait for confirmation of availability!! This should have happened before she paid.
Later, she received an email saying that the booking had been cancelled. Then, on checking her bank account, she found that the money had been taken!!
I booked for 5 people and paid but the same thing happened to me….email stated the booking 'had failed'. Fortunately, my money had not been taken from my account.
We both tried emailing but received a 'Postmaster' reply saying their inbox was full.

I was unsure of the company at the start as I've never heard of them before but , as they came up on Skyscanner, thought it would be ok…..big mistake!!!!!!

I booked transfer from Baku airport to old city 7/09 at 5:00AM
Nobody waited us and phone from voucher was not answer
After half hour waiting I'll arrive to hotel with taxi, found chat of the company and said it
Till now didnt get refund
It looks like fraud company at least in Baku

DO NOT book with this company we paid in advance for an airport transfer and the driver from the airport to the place we were staying was an hour late and to top it all off the booked transfer to the airport didn鈥檛 turn up, we waited an hour however we have had to now pay for another company to take us there. I have minimal hope that I will get any refund and if I do I will change this review. STAY AWAY.

Didn鈥檛 show up to pick me up from hotel to airport, even though I had paid for a return trip. Had to fork out more money to pay for metre cab!
