I have been trying to get my refund from them since December 20th. I keep getting a run around when I ask for the cancellation number and one confusing delay after another with live chats or e-mails. This site sucks. I'll keep trying but may have lost $266.90 Cdn.
April 6/16- Visa took care of this and I got a full refund. Thank you CIBC Visa.
