Ca-batteries

When I ordered, everything on their site suggested they were in Canada–that's why I ordered–but now everything suggests they are in China. I had to return an incorrect battery to Hong Kong rather than California, where their fulfillment centre is located. The replacement battery is defective and does NOT charge fully after its first discharge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, SCAMMERS!

BEWARE !! SCAM ALERT !! Everything these other reviewers are saying is true. they charged my card, say they shipped my item on Sept. 13th. No item, no replies except for the automated replies from "customer service". The phone number they provide just rings and rings. The tracking number they provide is not registered with Canada Post. I am out $70.00 without recourse. I paid by Visa so can't even get a refund through Pay Pal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY".

Nothing has gotten any better. My laptop battery did not work, and the return process was terrible. I did get replies from Customer Service, but they were useless. I had to pay return shipping.

Received the battery, tried it in my laptop and it did not work. The scammers do not answer the phone nor do they reply to emails. If you are brave enough to order a battery try phoning them yourself. The phone probably rings in an abandoned fishing hut in Hong Kong. SCAM!!!!!!

Bought a battery for a 17" Macbook Pro. Battery partially melted in less than two weeks. The site does not reply to emails, nor answer the telephone listed on the site. Also don't be fooled by the "Shipping Methods" they quote. Your package is not sent Canada Post as as advertised but comes through Singapore post. A request for a refund through Paypal was refused and I currently have transaction escalated to a claim against the owner. Do not trust or use this site.

I ordered a Laptop Battery from them a month ago, they sent me a battery that fit perfectly and I was glad it worked. After 1 charge and one use, the battery completely failed, would not charge/work anymore.

I've been calling the number on the website daily, and no one would pick up the phone. I've emailed them daily, with on replies.

When you make the payment, they send you a confirmation email and a reciept. At first I was confused why there was no contact into on the receipt or confirmation emails. Now I know why. They are sending people batteries that have a cheap non rechargeable with AA batteries covered with the laptop charges plastic. Costs them $2 to make, then sell it for $60 and YOU pay for shipping. And the best part is there is no way of contacting them back.

This is a Scam Site. Be very Careful.
