Great store for cheap things for the whole family.

They have excellent customer service when I went to the store to do my shopping, the prices are quite good and the truth is that whenever I go I end up buying several pieces of clothing and on certain occasions I have even bought a pair of shoes, I highly recommend the store for those looking for good prices. Although I still think that I should add more variety in men's clothing, out of there, perfect

Orders take up to two weeks to arrive, returns take 5 weeks to be processed, customers services doesn't answer very specific questions, only refers back to FAQ's on website.
All in all, a bad shopping experience, I will not order again. I assume, this whole online thing is fairly new to them?

I made recently 3 orders. 2 of them arrived in 10 days(!!) and 1 of them is still "in process". Even I don't see anything processed in days and it's still not send, they told me that they can not cancel the order.
Since I have send a part of my order back, I have asked them, how long it will take for the refund. They told me currently it takes a MINIMUM of 4 weeks to process the return + up to 9 working days for the money transfer!!! That's insane! I paid immediately when I made my orders, so I expect to get my money back in a reasonable time as well. I understand that it can take a few days longer currently, but this is honestly too much. I order a lot online, but with or without the corona crisis….no other online shop has such a delay! I will never order here again!!!!

DONT BUY HERE. I bought A jacket together with a pair of shoes that were on sale with a 20% discount + my Welkom discount for signing up in the newsletter of extra 10% off. With 1 week delay they sent the jacket over but not the shoes because they say they鈥檙e out of stock, however if I go to the online shop the shoes are available but now on full price so if I want them I need to buy them again with but paying extra 30%!!! I鈥檒l buy my shoes somewhere else ????

The worst online shopping experience ever
After two weeks an order has been placed C&A support still can't tell me when i can expect the delivery.

Never experienced a store to cancel my order without any reason or notification. And I was told the amount I paid was returned back to me and till now I didn鈥檛 get it. Very rude and unprofessional behavior, I don鈥檛 recommend buying anything through them. Very disappointed

Always had good service from these guys, and my deliveries have always arrived on time, so i can't really complain.

C&A online store is a scam and should be avoided at all costs! Their warehouse lost my package and the company refuses to refund me back my money! I have sent them numerous messages about the missing package but C&A ignored me completely and has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Absolutely awulf company.

Not the biggest store but a good selection of fashion and a fair BIG & TALL section.

This company was outstanding for service and delivery.will be recommending.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!
No package, no money, no proper answer
I have placed an order on April 26th, money has been withdrawn from my account on April 28th and now on May 28th I still did not receive the shipment. Horribly inefficient customer service (dough polite) that either has a bad system where they cannot see what has been previously communicated/done or is poorly trained. In both cases customer ends up with a lot of irritation and lost time, without money and shipment.
Highly recommend NOT TO purchase at this site.

Variety of the product and the price

Very good value. Decent and fashionable clothing.

C&A have fabulous, casual clothes for all sizes! It was refreshing to go a store for plus size women in Spain, where I still felt beautiful when wearing the clothes.

The quality of the products appears to be somewhere in the range of acceptable to good. The prices are really good, which is why I ordered here in the first place.

However, they did take way too long to send the order, it took them about 3 days to get the package out of their warehouse, which is not acceptable considering it's 2017 and almost nobody takes that long. It's annoying that you won't get free shipping unless you pay at least 75 euro's, which is especially annoying considering I'm Dutch and this was originally a Dutch company (almost no Dutch online store will have you pay shipping with orders over 20~25 euro).

Another big disappointment was that the "bermuda" (shorts) that I wanted the most were somehow sold out. It wasn't sold out on the website, so it was very disappointing that the info was incorrect. They did give me back the money, but again, it's 2017 and the info should be up to date at any given point.

TL;DR:

Good prices, expensive shipping, good quality, but the company seems rather outdated in the service department. I can only recommend if you have patience and want a lot of stuff at a low price.

Very helpful and had everything I wanted

I do not know about the online purchasing because I have not used it but I have bought clothes in different stores and I am quite satisfied, regarding quality and price I would give them a good grade. The clothes use to be quite good and the price is interesting. The cotton items I have bought were really good. I am quite satisfied. Good prices and decent quality.

C & A nagt scheinbar derma脽en am Hungertuch, das es sich die L枚hne von Verk盲uferinnen sparen mu脽. (Sicher nicht. Ist nur Profitgier)

Ich musste die Kassiererin fragen, wo die gesuchte Ware sei.Die Antwort kam in einem wirschen Ton; ich ging hin, suchte etwas aus und wollte bezahlen.

Nach einer schier endlosen Zeit des Wartens kam ich endlich dran und durfte zahlen.

Das Einkaufserlebnis war unter jeder Sau. C & A kann mir gestohlen bleiben.
