This is the first time ever ordering a dog collar or any product from C4 Belts. I am very pleased with the customer service and my dogs collar. I will never buy a different collar C4 has my vote.

My belt buckle recently broke on my belt. I emailed the company with pictures, expecting them to just send me a buckle. I got an email saying my shipment was placed, and when I looked at the containments of the shipment, the sent me a whole new belt too!

Placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas. It's now nearly 2 weeks after Christmas and still no sign of the belts. And no resolution from "customer service" other than "sorry". So I had to purchase a replacement Christmas gift AND I'm out $100 on an order never received.

I place my order 12/13 and not notice the item had shipped on 12/15. When I didn't get the item by 12/23, I checked the shipping status and it still showed as pre-shipment. I placed no fewer than 15 calls to the company throughout the day and they have absolutely no phone support at all – just goes to a voicemail. What kind of legitimate company doesn't have phone support?

I also reached out by email and did get a response back later that day:

"Thank you so much for reaching out and for your outstanding patience. We have used another system through USPS which creates all the tracking information and updates the status of packages. It appears that they are having issues with scanning packages in their system which is the reason why your tracking information is still showing as pre-shipment. We truly apologize for this unforeseen circumstance and inconvenience.

We have been in contact with them several times and have been assured that these packages are on their way to you! USPS has also confirmed with us that they are experiencing delays with shipments due to high volume. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience, but please be on the lookout for your parcel which should arrive any day now! We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. "

As you can see, they are blaming USPS and UPS for the delays and there is no way to prove or disprove these claims.

Tracking states the item was finally received by USPS 12/27 and I did finally receive the item on 12/30, nearly a week after Christmas. Very disappointing.

Buyer beware if placing an order with this company – allow at least 3-4 weeks for shipping and hope you get the item in time.

Placed my order 12/17. Order went to pre shipment 12/18 and there it stayed. Emailed and messaged customer service and was assured it would arrive by Christmas. Package was finally accepted by USPS on 12/27 and won鈥檛 arrive until 12/30. I鈥檓 not pleased.

I was a little skeptical about ordering a "mystery box" but I am so glad I did… I received a cute, never before seen belt and matching buckle! Came in a timely manner which was even better. I cannot wait to see what next month brings!!!!

C4 has always been such an amazing company to work with. Their customer service is excellent and makes shopping so much more simple. Their products are great; I鈥檝e been using C4 belts for almost 5 years now and there is a reason I now have 8 belts! I also love how a portion of profits are donated to a non-profit of YOUR CHOICE! It鈥檚 so good to know that more companies are making the effort to spread some love in this world. 100% recommend!
