I was promised a refund for unused sessions and I never received it, even after multiple phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

one of the worst decisions we made this is one of the worst tutoring school
after 44 hours of tutoring they told us that my daughter have no chance to get the score she need to get to ivy league school.we decided to leave them and after 30 days of studying in her own she scored 1510 in the her 1st practice exam.
this school is complete rip off they charged me $4300 for 44 hours
be aware they will tell you any thing to get you to sign the most hours no never deliver what they promise. their communication is zero.

C2Education in Stamford has been such a wonderful experience for our son and family. He looks forward to going and most importantly is learning a great deal. We have seen a big improvement in his grades and attitude. Susan in the Stamford office is amazing to work with and truly cares about Thomas' success. They have been very responsive during the Coronavirus outbreak offering the virtual sessions which we start next week. Thomas is excited to get back to his sessions with the wonderful tutors there!

Cheats! They sold me a package of hours, and then closed the office. Refused to refund the hours, and said I should be grateful that they are "allowing" me to transfer the hours to a new location that is miles away, and not convenient for my kids to go to. Stay far away from them–management is untrustworthy.

They're so helpful and nice, they've improved my learning experience so much and have helped me get better in many different subjects.

Enrolled my son with barely 3 weeks to the Agust 2019 SAT test. Within a week he was able to improve his assessment score by 200. On the actual SAT, his score was beyond my expectation. I am grateful to C2 for their individualized attention and for the very dedicated instructors. My son couldn't have accomplished this feat without C2. I am so grateful. Many thanks.

We have been using this center for my two children for the past six month and it has been a great experience. My children worked mostly with two exceptionally qualified and good tutors, Art and Catherine, and we highly recommend them. Our children always say that the two hours session seemed like 20 minutes to them because it was enjoyable. We found that the skills that students learn here are useful beyond standardized tests and exams. C2 provide their own text books and curriculum and we have found them very useful.

C2 is worth your money if your child is already achieving a high score and you want the score to increase by a few more points (for example, go from 33 to 35 in ACT). Otherwise, you are better off with a private tutor who can provide a very personalized coaching improving on the weak areas. That鈥檚 my take on this after spending 100 hours. Carmen is amazing though. She is very patient and does an outstanding job scheduling the classes. She is the best!

C2 helped me so much with SAT tutoring! I love the teachers.

C2 is great. However, there needs to be better communication with parents as to how the student is doing on a weekly basis. Is my child paying attention, is he doing his homework? Is he showing interest. This is a collaboration between parents and the tutor, without good communication my child may not reach his full potential

Very accommodating and have knowledgeable staffs.

The test book practice has too many errors that will miss-lead the students in the wrong directions. You must have someone to revise the practice books by a very often manner.

My daughter loves learning at C2. My daughter is in 7th grade and doing advanced math for her age. C2 has enabled her to stay ahead of the math concepts/work. My daughters confidence remains high because of the collaborative and wonderful learning environment at C2.

Advice we received was very helpful and spot on. Practice and preparation kids received was great. Definitely worth the money, time and effort. Kids never complained about going to classes because they could see excellent progress.

My daughter was able to bring her math grade up significantly along with obtain more confidence in the classroom. During finals she was also able to get help with any subject needed. They also have provided her with a comprehensive study plan for the summer to prepare her for the SAT. We are all very thankful for C2!!

My son likes the atmosphere there, of course the teachers. But sometimes they changed teachers without notice.

C2 at Cedar Knolls is a great and effective education organization. Manager Jennifer is very professional and helpful. C2 helped my daughter to get al good ACT score on her first try. They are now assisting my daughter to tackle the SAT subject tests. The environment is very pleasant and teachers are very nice.

All staff are very friendly, professional and supportively.

C2 had been very helpful to my kids education.

Great tutoring

Wanted to drop a note about how satisfied I am with the C2 program. My daughter, a junior at the time in high school, wanted to make sure she got a good score on her SAT鈥檚. We heard that C2 was a good tutoring place, so we decided to go there. From our very first visit, and now, the staff was very attentive and caring. The made us feel very comfortable in our choice. Emily quickly adjusted to the tutoring and was enjoying it. She took a few practice SAT鈥檚 and her scores improved each time. We focused on math, and within a half year she improved her score by 200 points. So I figured she would want to stop tutoring since she will be taking her final SAT this week, but no, she WANTS to continue!! I think that is great, that she truly enjoys going to C2!! She wants to continue improving her math skills as well as work with a C2 counselor to help attain her college goals. Thank you C2!! I definitely recommend C2 to help improve your SAT scores.
