Service is generally great. My only complaint is that towers go down more often than I'd like to think is normal, and a slew of customers complain and threaten to switch to another provider. As I mentioned, service is wonderful for the most part, but a network problem happens every few months for sure. Hopefully, they are working to strengthen their network so that this won't happen as much, or at all preferably.

I have been with Cspire for several years now and I have had nothing but the best service. Anytime I go inside one of the stores the representatives are always friendly and happy to help. The online site is amazing and I use it at least once a week. The amount of coverage they have in the southern United States is unbelievable. Go ahead and make the switch if youre with another carrier and let your life be changed.

Good site. Hard to maneuver at first. But you get use to it. It is overall a good site.

C Spire wireless is now what used to be cellular south. The company just changed their name and their service a little but good and safe site overall.
