They robbed a lot of people and they still keep doing it with impunity.

i just paid 拢11.96 subscription to c-date using my debit card and then i saw all these negative reviews and it has worried me that they will continue to take money from my account as no one can get in touch with them to cancel their subscription, i therefor reported my debit card as lost so that my bank would cancel it. I am now waiting on a new card to be issued. I emailed c-date via the trust pilot email address and got a response ( probably automated) saying someone would be in touch in 5 working days. I made sure i said in the email i wanted my account subscription cancelled with immediate effect and i have kept a copy of the sent email for my records. I hope cancelling my debit card means they wont get any more payments. They can threaten legal action all they want as ive also read they do, because i have a bery good solicitor of my own.

Warning, they are cheaters! On the advertisement it said 15 Euros per month. Yet, was charged 60 Euros (for three months 180 Euros). This is fraudulent behavior.

Said on website 拢3.99 so they took 拢12.99 which I can't remember agreeing to. Then tried to cancel and no luck as they want a fax or post. No one has fax anymore in UK. An how much would it cost to where ever head office is.

I put a block on it though my bank and now get a dept email saying pay 拢119. . Or it will go further. … No, I didn't agree for that amount as I simply don't have it and only signed up for a few days.

No way to cancel or delate profile. Seems that they give everyone the same treatment and BS.

Also, if an a big IF, you take me to court I will use every single review I can find an gather enough evidence to counter you and take your money for emotional distress that you have caused me. Also for misrepresentation and underarm tactics in regards to your cancellation process and lack of customer support, which is basically blackmailing individuals.

This company has taken advantage of people and cost them money and distress and forced arms behind backs.

One month later I was charged 拢119.70.

NOWHERE did it say that I would be charged 拢119.70. Is this an annual charge? Dare I ask, a monthly charge?!?!

I found the service a waste of time and tried to cancel soon after signing up. There is no way to do this! This led to them removing 拢119.70 from my account – WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!

My bank (First Direct – "#1 for customer service") won't refund my money as I had apparently engaged in contact with them and agreed to their services (despite this being a scam). They have however stopped any further payments.

I have emailed three different email addresses at C-Date to get this rectified and to get my account deleted, money returned and data removed (this includes an email to the address they are about to provide me in a reply to this very honest review). Still waiting for a response.

How in 2019 can the UK government allow such chancers to operate in British cyberspace? It's beyond me.

i should have known .initial subscription was very low but my bank declined to pay them warning me that it was not a trusted site .So I paid by PayPal .towards the initial period ,I sought to cancel the subscription but found it impossible only to find that they had taken 119 by paypal .I put this down to experience and cancelled the paypal instruction so that it would not happen again .Today I received an email from the company claiming that they had been unable to take another 119 from my paypal account .they were now starting legal proceedings .Total scam as the site is just fake profiles and fake messages.I only initially used the site as another fake site showed positive reviews

finally after lots of emails and fighting I got through to them and they promised to not rebill me at 拢120 but wont refund the 拢12 taken as I opted for 1 month a 拢3 they said I have used there service so still disputing it at the bank and blocking any future payments as they cant be trusted at all, all I can say is stay well clear of this site and its owners it is not worth the money pain and frustration if they had a link on the website to help it might be better but contact with them is almost impossible

Do not use c-date. Every, and I mean every, female profile on this site is a scam. The people who run this site know this. And are part of the scam. Women talk to you and then ask for vouchers, Amazon cards, Google play cards etc. The site send you ' recommended matches' all the time, even though these matches have already been reported to them as scam profiles. . Criminal activity going on here. . Surprised the authorities haven't arrested the owners if this site and shut it down. . BEWARE !!!!!

I've been using their website for 3 months and 320 euros have disappeared from my bank account. I couldn't contact them in any way, they didn't provide anything and just stole my money. I don't recomennd this site to anyone. Luckily I got my money back and my premium account was cancelled after I contacted a lawyer. Hi just signed up but not now in the position to carry on using the site so tried to cancel the standing order but the only way they will accept a cancellation is by completing an online form, printing it out and faxing or posting their form. The form fails to allow you to complete the address, so you cannot complete and print the form
There are no contact numbers or anyway of contacting them, (no address given until the form is completed)

All fake and careful before paying. Check amount. They advertise like 15 Euro for six months but it is 15 Euros a week with a contract for 6 months.

The support is totally non-existent! Finding an e-mail address is like finding a needle in a haystack. They do not respond to queries. They claim in their terms that there is a cooling off period after purchase but what's the point when they don't even respond. There are no phone numbers also. Stay clear of this site. It's a total scam!

Awfull site , the support is super unfriendly , and they will steal you鈥檙e money and then ignore you鈥檙e emails ! Don鈥檛 be a full , register to other , normal site !
