Stay away from them and if you've been a victim don't hesitate to contact fightingscams at aol dt com for help. It's sad that the cryptocurrency market is full of scammers that's why it's very necessary to always conduct your due diligence before you buy into any exchange.

You do not have to actually trust any of the reviews here if you are skeptical – you can search the internet and find dozens of articles by people who have qualified their position as trusted traders in the market who will explain loads of facts about why CEX is nothing more than a scam.

I naively lost about $10k buying into their mining pools – took me a while to work out that the cost of running their virtual miners far outweighs any potential for earning any mining rewards.

They are a registered UK company but their servers are based abroad. The UK has nowhere near enough legislation in place to stop scamming companies like this. No way would they have lasted this long in the US, they would have had all their assets seized by now and people jailed for being fraudsters.

Wish TrustPilot would add a negative scale since scams should not be awarded even zero because they are SCAMS!

Complete scam. Bought a bunch of zcl a couple of years ago. When they went to the moon and were worth over 200k, i tried to cash in, but they removed my entire balance. Yes you head me well, c-cex stole from me over 200k worth in euros. I made Videos proving all that.

BE WARNED. Scam company. my coins where not credited to my account even though the transaction is fully confirmed on the block.
C Cex replied with silly questions to my support ticket so i replied with the answers and a link to the block explorer to prove the transaction is confirmed with over 12000 confirmations but now they just ignore my support tickets.

the coin has now been marked for delisting, so i guess they will wait until it is delisted and say they cant do anything

People don't invest your money in c-cex. They keep changing the site to maintenance mode. If you loose your 2FA device they will never remove 2FA inspite of raising several tickets for several months only to steal your money. Also their support team never resolves the tickets created. Recently they have also deleted the google community due to increased number of customers complaining about their service. They are just cheaters. Don't trust them.

Always under maintenance. Support always says full no way to make tickets. In january closed for vacation. Worst exchange period. Only reason started using is for NDC coin which is always under maintenance. If i can actually withdraw my funds will do so and never use again. Would not recomend, going to write NDC also to ask them take off as recomendation as this site seems to have this coin listed but no way to withdrawal…thus has been 2 months of me waiting..

They hold my coins (XVG) since more than one month (the equivalent of 55k鈧?at the time) and those from hundreds of users, they clearly see our message on twitter, the chat etc.. AND IGNORE IT.

c-cex.com – is a scam exchange that unlawfully appropriates customers' accounts. It scammed me for over $25k USD. There are other victims (search it on Medium) and I imagine many haven't spoken up yet.

This is a scam. Stay far away. People's money has been stolen.

They locked me out of my account and won't respond to support requests. I have done nothing wrong. I can't get in my account and they don't respond

C-cex users beware from Account Hacking

CCEX seems to be facilitating hacking of their user accounts and transferring the token to their own wallet.

Briefly, My CCEX wallet (0xb2f64126668b18644736985065b1b1ebfc3dca0e) on CCEX exchange seems to be hacked by somebody and the balance of my 3560.40851187 MCAP transferred to C-CEX main wallet (0x93e682107d1e9defb0b5ee701c71707a4b2e46bc).

Moreover their support is of no help.

If someone from their team is ethical and prudent enough to understand my concern then kindly refund my tokens or else it would prove you are the ones getting users wallet hacked for your own benefit.

I have ETHEREUM coins with them and when i try to send it out the system is failed and unable to transfer out etherum. they told me within 3 hours it will be refunded and after 72 hours and 10 requests later, they ignore all of my ticket requests to refund the ehereum coins back to my wallet inn their platform
