Not overly impressed would have been cheaper to get a DD t-shirt and cut a mask out!! I wasn't even supplied Wii things to attach it to my ears

I love the quality of the product I got don鈥檛 get me wrong this poor review isn鈥檛 about the product at all, it鈥檚 about the customer service. I ordered a hoodie on May 11th and didn鈥檛 receive it until May 22nd. I paid for 2 day shipping and didn鈥檛 get the service I requested. I contacted customer service via email and through Instagram and I still haven鈥檛 received a reply about my concern. It鈥檚 been about 2 weeks since I contacted them.

Nice material, good size, Will be too small for some people, shape is just cut, for the price the edges should be sewn. It is charity though, that鈥檚 why the 4 stars, we need to help others.

Never received shipping confirmation or the order, but I have received two emails asking me to tell you how you did, which wasn鈥檛 good as I was charged for but never received my order.

I don't think that the product is worth the price. It's literally a piece of jersey fabric screen printed. No form, no stitching. It does say "rough edges" but without any structure whatsoever it stretches the first time you wear it and then it doesn't fit properly. Maybe for $10 all in but not $15 plus shipping.

The Dead Daisies mask said that it was one-size-fits-all and it doesn't come anywhere near my ears. I had to get three rubber bands tied together to wear it. $15 for a piece of cloth that does not even come close to fitting. Poor, poor, poor.

I placed my order on a Thursday evening, 4/16. The shipping label was printed on Monday, 4/20, at 5:02pm. Then, UPS has it being received by them on Wednesday, 4/22. I paid for 鈥渇irst class mail,鈥?which I was charged $9 for, and it鈥檚 scheduled to arrive on Monday, 4/27. The item is well under 1 lb, and priority mail flat rate boxes would cost less and arrive faster. Honestly, 4 full days before a label is even created is insane. Then add 1-2 days before the item is given to the carrier, and then 5 more for delivery time. 11 days to ship something that weighs less than 1 lb is madness. Your products are neat, but your service is deplorable.

Really cool way to express all our feelings to our cats entirely and absolutely on many possible schemes or reasons with that topic entirely. I do hope we can make something better with them. It's a cool way of wear startup which should sell well.

Website redesign and choice of different styles is excellent now! I also enjoy that I can pay using paypal, I remember some old orders I had to manually enter with a card. This way is easier and faster. My only tip is that it might be nice to group all the new options by design, because that's the deciding factor now. If everything is available on every product type, the design is what I'm looking for now, and it's hard to scroll through the list of products when there are like 10 separate listings for every product. Loving the increased options and colors though!
