We ordered a swing for our children, it was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 working days. After 3 days we received a notice that it will be delivered only after 6 days. So far so good we thought, that鈥檚 still within a reasonable time frame. But came the day the swing should have been sent, nothing happened. And the day after still nothing. Almost 2 weeks after the delivery was scheduled, the swing still hasn鈥檛 been delivered. We contacted Byggmax service via mail and they directly assured us an answer would come earliest 3-4 days. And it did, on the fourth day. Well, at least that was on time, we thought. Well, that was about all, because the answer didn鈥檛 even match our question. Instead of answering when we could expect delivery, we got notice that the a product could be picked up. Where, when, what…not information about that. So, the journey to getting our swing went on. While I鈥榤 writing I still don鈥檛 have a clue when or even if we will get the product we鈥檝e already paid for.
My learnings from this…we鈥榣l take our business elsewhere. The support at Bygmaxx is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Sad.

The company is only trying to make money. Customer support is terrible and you cannot expect anything to go through the way you want. Never have I encountered such an inexperienced and awful company to deal with.

I find it somewhat ridiculous that the minimum order limit when ordering from the online store is 28 euros. Seriously? It isn't very… well, this day. I found something that Byggmax has and I really need, but after noticing the minimum limit, I'll take my money elsewhere, thanks.

They sold us stolpesko that were 70mm x 70mm…except that they only measured 58mm x 58mm. When we pointed this out, they said we had purchased in the wrong series. But that they didn't carry any stolpesko in the "correct" series. I should think if something is labeled 70mm it could at least come close in size, or they could have offered to send us similar products that would fit the stolpe we ordered. Incredibly useless now, and I wish we had bought from somewhere else.

Bad experience in-store, was told that the manager would contact me. Still waiting. Posted a message on the byggmax fb page to explain about a terrible experience I had in store. I was told that a manager would get in touch to talk about it, which I appreciated, however no-one contacted me. Fail.
