Do not try to buy anything from this company, ever !!! Fraudulent operation! Almost no communication. After my experience with the company last year (01/2019) if I could give less than a 1 star rating I would!

I bought two items,but i have never recieved them.
I can only Track my delivery part of the way.
When i contact Byestore they tell me that it is my problem to find my delivery somewhere.
I would never recommend Byestore to anybody.

The product was horrible, not as they described it. Wanted to send it back because I was not happy AT ALL. And i would have to pay shipping back to China. Absolutely stupid.

The size of the product was twice as small, as they described it to be online. Stear away from this page

Goods didnt arrive, they asked me to confirm my address but as the format differed very slightly (I included the village as well as the town but street name and number, postcode, town, county, country remained the same) they said it was my fault and they wouldn't refund or send replacement despite the issue being the courier never receiving the goods. Customer service is horrendous.

extremely disappointed with their sneakers at 拢34.oo On third time of wearing the elastic gave way. When I contacted them I was asked to return them to China address at my own cost, in the original packaging, which i didn't have.

Bye store have now been in touch and have devises as the goods were faulty I don鈥檛 need to return them. They have offered refund
Progress made

Just checked my bank account and the amount I paid including postage has now been credited to my bank account. Confusion at outset now resolved and full refund received. Their customer service i now rate as good. Pity that the sneakers are faulty though, because i really liked them.

Not really worthy of 1 star. Appallibg company to deal with. Our product did not work. Sent it back when eventually they gave us their address. Still waiting for a refund.

Do not buy from them paid 拢 19.95 for a plastic cement mould plus 拢7 postage. When it arrive it was broken so of no use. Bigger insult I had to pay 拢14.80 duty an 拢3 delivery to royal mail yet the parcel return address was Feltham in the UK. Total RIP off.

Should not even have one star. The product I have purchased- Weela Sweepy broom- is more than rubbish. Very very poor quality. Do not buy from them. In China- awful service. Never again!!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They have no after sales loyalty what-so-ever. I have sent so many emails telling them of my problem with the inner soles they sold me for my Plantar Fasciitis, & they just gave me the run around time & time again. They just kept sending me the same emails over & over again. I gave up today & told them to keep my money. Disgusting company.
