I ordered the 15ft Jump and Dunk trampoline and water sprinkler accessory on June 5, 2020. Expected delivery July 3, 2020. After Order was not received by expected delivery date I placed numerous email requests for status of order. Initially ByCheget stated that they were sorry and they have received numerous orders and item was on back order. I requested a full refund and they stated that they would but if I kept the order they promised to send as soon as they could. They did at one time offer a refund of 20 and 20% discount, which did not make sense. They finally said that the order was shipped and sent a tracking number which could not be found on the website they indicated. Had another email exchange and they stated due to the coronavirus the package was being held up and could I please hold on. The package finally arrived on Sept 5, 2020 and the item was not what I paid for and ordered. I received a 4ft trampoline not the 15ft jump and dunk trampoline. I have sent them an email and stated I expected a full refund and requested them to let me know where to return the item to and they will refund shipping costs.

We could not initially tell that this company is based in China; if we had knwn, we would have NOT ordered through them! Just like ALL of the other reviews, the very same thing happened to us! We ordered a 15ft trampoline that was clearly described on their website and on the description space on my online receipt. It took close to 90 days to receive the wrong item! This company has NOT offered any meaningful resolution or even a refund! I spent $279 for the wrong item and want a refund and they should have to pay for their item to be returned to them. This company website should be shut down for deception practices and unfair business activities! I have also filed complaints with the FTC.gov, IC3.gov and my state's Attorney General's office.

Purchased trampoline in March finally got it it鈥檚 a 5ft not the one I ordered at all. Paid 279.00 and now I have to figure out how to return. Omg buyer beware of this website

After finally getting my Pedi-vac I charged it up. Try to turn it on and it will not come on. Wanted to return it but can't get a hold of anyone via phone number or web site.

I would not use this site. We ordered a trampoline from them back in May and had to constantly contact them through their email to check the status of the order. They would always report that they were working on it, even though they charged our card at the time of order $296. A "trampoline" was delivered in July, not the full-size one that was on their site. They sent a 5-foot diameter toddler trampoline and insist that is what was ordered. I provided them with copies of the order and they still insist that they did nothing wrong. I requested a refund and it was denied, they only offered $30. If you try to call the phone number listed on their website, it is answered by an automated phone tree system that tries to sell you car warranties and medicare supplements. If you are patient enough to listen to all of that crap, the call auto disconnects at the end. I would leave aero status if it was an option. DO NOT USE their site. As of today, July 16, 2020, they have removed all products from their site except for a nail gun.

They gave me the run around for a month and create a fake label from Fed Ex and still didn't receive my order

Sells goods that are never delivered. It is impossible to get a hold of a live person.
