This person had to be blocked on social media due to constant slandering even after her order had been cancelled and she received a refund (The payment method of choice was through Klarna so the customer didn鈥檛 pay anything, the order was just cancelled before her payment was scheduled)
We give a dispatch timeframe in which the below customer didn鈥檛 want to follow.
We emailed her several times, including directly responding to her emails and she still claimed she never received any.
She threatened to do a chargeback with her bank even though she hadn鈥檛 paid anything towards her order as of yet and it was still within dispatch timeframe.
We sent a very kind polite email explaining we couldn鈥檛 continue with the order as we wasn鈥檛 a correct fit for her. We cancelled the order with Klarna as the constant abuse was getting too much to deal with for our customer support staff.
Since then the customer continued her abuse on every post we posted, creating reviews on several sites and it鈥檚 a little concerning.
We try our very best to make everyone happy but we are a small business, we set correct guidelines of when orders will be dispatched and how long they will take, we can鈥檛 control other people and we understand it鈥檚 a challenging time for everyone at the moment but this kind of behaviour is unnecessary and we don鈥檛 feel it would happen with a large company.
