Products were as described. I am very happy with them, hence five star review. I had to wait long for a delivery, but with all the problems going on in the world now, it was acceptable. I do recommend BYLIA.

Pay attention and double-check the size of the ring before ordering. The products are well-crafted as in the picture.

I absolutely LOVE my jewels from By Lia. I get so many compliments for my earrings. I wear them every day, even when I'm on holiday, swimming in the ocean and they still look new! THANK YOU! 🙂

I ordered 1 necklace and 3 rings from by lia. 2 years after the necklace lost all its colour and the rings have brown spots and I have barely worn them so overall disappointing.I can now throw everything away

I'll Start by saying that i received my parcel and i'm happy with their products, however the costumer service was terrible…
In their website it states that they ship each order within a 24h period, 3 days after my order still hasn't been shipped, i asked for an update several times, only got a reply that didn't answer to any of my questions.
Then, i finally decided to comment on their Instagram page to see if they could reply because they post every day, so it means they are active, and they blocked me!Then i created another IG account and i posted my comment, that they deleted 5 times and i kept posting, finally i guess they were tired of deleting it and finally they decided to answer me…
I've had bad retail experiences online, but nothing tops this one!
In conclusion, if you are patient enough to deal with the bad costumer service the products are worth it
