– I placed an order in June and instead of receiving my order in 3-5 days (as stated on website), it took them 11 days to only ship the item.
– They did not inform me of the delay and only answered (few days later) after I complained. The new shipping date I got from that answer was also missed by several more days!
A thing to note: I was not in the country of delivery and I'm still not, because Corona. As a result of this delay I did not get the chance to get my shoes from the delivery country to where I am until a couple of days ago. (3 month later) If they arrived in 3-5 days, I would have had them in June. I am aware this complication is not their fault, but it is important for my next point.
– Now here's the most important part: I DID NOT GET THE SHOES I PAYED FOR! I ordered a pair of sandals that were on sale knowing I will probably not be able to return them, but I knew my size and I liked them an all of the pictures. They were described as "orange patent leather", however, now that I finally have them here with me, I know that they are not patent leather, they are a very low quality smooth leather and in a much uglier and different shade that what any of the pictures showed.

The second time I purchased a few items on their website during sale. One bag came so defected with white coatings and scratches – it looked used/worn.
I took pictures on the day I unboxed them and sent photos to By Far – no reply after 2 days so I try sending emails to their different departments.
A total of 6-7 emails were sent across 10 days with no single reply. I ended up have to return the product on my own for a refund as replacing is not an option provided by By Far.
They said on their policy that they will refund once item is reviewed and eligible for refunding, if not they will send the items back to customers. They will send an email to us after reviewing it. Refund will take 5 days after they receive and review the products and confirm eligibility of refund.
After 5 days By Far received (DHL courier confirmed) my returned item, I heard nothing from them. No emails no nothing. I emailed them again and, of course, there is no reply. Now I don鈥檛 have a bag nor do I have a refund.
Basically this company just took USD256 from me like theft.
I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company. As a frequent purchaser of luxury items, this is the first time I have issues with any luxury company – or maybe this is why they will never be on the same level as the better luxury brands. There are a lot of better brands out there than this By Far company.
Can鈥檛 believe I say this, but Farfetch or Nordstorm have WAY better services than By Far. This company is ridiculous with their ways of handling customers (by ignoring) and unbelievably pricey for the faulty/damaged items that they sent me.
