I would not recommend this online shop and here is why:
– I placed an order in June and instead of receiving my order in 3-5 days (as stated on website), it took them 11 days to only ship the item.
– They did not inform me of the delay and only answered (few days later) after I complained. The new shipping date I got from that answer was also missed by several more days!
A thing to note: I was not in the country of delivery and I'm still not, because Corona. As a result of this delay I did not get the chance to get my shoes from the delivery country to where I am until a couple of days ago. (3 month later) If they arrived in 3-5 days, I would have had them in June. I am aware this complication is not their fault, but it is important for my next point.
– Now here's the most important part: I DID NOT GET THE SHOES I PAYED FOR! I ordered a pair of sandals that were on sale knowing I will probably not be able to return them, but I knew my size and I liked them an all of the pictures. They were described as "orange patent leather", however, now that I finally have them here with me, I know that they are not patent leather, they are a very low quality smooth leather and in a much uglier and different shade that what any of the pictures showed.

My first purchase with By Far was bad!

I havent received my order
on track show delivered someone whos i dont know
i write to by far team resolve my problem, they are ignored me and answer Dont have responsibility for orders, they say have investigation but not refunded me for this order i havent received they are only say the order delivered , but on delivered signature not my or someone whos i know..
i loss my money and by far not answered my emails
I write on instagram they are very raughly answered me and blocked me
They dont have good service, responsibility

My first purchase with By Far was okay until I purchased the second time!

The second time I purchased a few items on their website during sale. One bag came so defected with white coatings and scratches – it looked used/worn.

I took pictures on the day I unboxed them and sent photos to By Far – no reply after 2 days so I try sending emails to their different departments.

A total of 6-7 emails were sent across 10 days with no single reply. I ended up have to return the product on my own for a refund as replacing is not an option provided by By Far.

They said on their policy that they will refund once item is reviewed and eligible for refunding, if not they will send the items back to customers. They will send an email to us after reviewing it. Refund will take 5 days after they receive and review the products and confirm eligibility of refund.

After 5 days By Far received (DHL courier confirmed) my returned item, I heard nothing from them. No emails no nothing. I emailed them again and, of course, there is no reply. Now I don鈥檛 have a bag nor do I have a refund.

Basically this company just took USD256 from me like theft.

I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company. As a frequent purchaser of luxury items, this is the first time I have issues with any luxury company – or maybe this is why they will never be on the same level as the better luxury brands. There are a lot of better brands out there than this By Far company.

Can鈥檛 believe I say this, but Farfetch or Nordstorm have WAY better services than By Far. This company is ridiculous with their ways of handling customers (by ignoring) and unbelievably pricey for the faulty/damaged items that they sent me.

Placed two orders with them. One I cancelled as I changed my mind (I don鈥檛 normally order fabric bags and ordered in haste). I phoned and got straight through to a very polite and helpful lady Plamena. My order confirmation as cancelled no problem. The second order had a delayed despatch due to covid. In the mean time I received an email stating the order was delayed and as a goodwill gesture 10% discount on a future full priced order. In that time a colour I preferred (sky blue croc mini) went on sale elsewhere. I wasn鈥檛 sure I would be able to cancel given time passed. I phoned again and got through straight away. The order was cancelled for me again by the lovely Plamena. I am surprised to see another review this month on poor service as they seem fairly hot on this to me. I would have no concerns to order from them in future. Thank you.

I love the pair of boots I got from By Far. I got one for myself and my two sisters too. Had to spend a lot of money on them but hey, they are designer shoes so that was expected. The boots are absolutely wonderful. They are super comfy and goes with any outfit. My go-to shoes

Have sent several requests about the return, as the Byfar return portal doesn't work at all. Have tried to send the items back at the same day as delivery was and the system says:" We are unable to process this request as the returns period has expired. Should you require further assistance, please contact our customer service team." Have tried to contact them several times – no answer! Fortunately I paid with Klarna, so will have to send the order via DHL back at my expenses ( Byfar doesn't accept any other logistic company !!!) and not pay for the order. Will never purchase anything by this seller!

I wanted to order a couple of shoes for my girl and she wears a lot of shoes from By Far, says its worth the price. I ordered two pairs but then I realized that she already has one. The order was already confirmed so I contacted their customer service so let them know about my situation. They didn't charge a dime which is very much appreciated.
