Ordered a chain curtain custom order complete ready to hang… paid extra for this service on order said delivery was 2-6 days

10 days later we phoned three times chasing our order… was told would be on next day delivery was ok with this

Curtain arrived bent track with scratches and three separate bags of chain, which we hade to cut and hang individually…

The order took almost 3 weeks ( not what they claim on the website ) and there was virtually no communication from customer service . I鈥檓 happy with the item itself though.

i found several online companies selling the item i wanted but chose buzz stop because it promised speedy delivery in just a few days with no extra fees and lots of communications informing me of each stage in the process of getting it to me.
3 days later i was very concerned to have heard nothing.
after 6 days i emailed and was told they had 'just found out that morning' they were all out of stock and couldnt get it to me for over a month! i have a feeling whenever i had messaged they would have 'just found out' such appalling service that i cancelled my order and went elsewhere. unfortunately over seas but i got it in 3 days and i had messages and tracking numbers …turns out i saved money too.

would never recommend buzz stop's company or service in any way other than that after a strongly worded email cancelling i did get a swift refund.

Web site said item in stock, then when after a week I enquired as to when the order would arrive I was told they were out of stock until the end of April !!

Very pleased with this product . Construction time at the factory was reasonable and the item was very well packaged . Installation was relatively easy using the supplied three brackets. I had been concerned about a plastic soffit just above the anticipated position of the hanging rail on the door frame of our aluminium framed PVC conservatory but there was adequate clearance . So far the curtain has kept out flies etc .

Poor commmunication – no delivery stated on order or indeed anywhere. Just silence. Waited for about 10 days and with still silence from the company I had to chase them by tracking them down.
Eventually found them via an ansaphone proclaiming a different company name. After receiving apologies the goods were sent that day and received the following morning.
Product works well.

Made an order on the 9th July, it鈥檚 now the 23rd of July, and despite emailing and phoning I鈥檝e had yet to have an update as my order still shows as processing. I did manage to get a response through fb messenger, which said they are out of stock of the pollen filter fabric and are waiting for a delivery, so my order should be with me on the 25th July. I do not mind waiting for a product, but allowing emails and phone calls to go unanswered is not professional and I will not be using this company again. In fact, if my item is not with me by the 25th July, as promised, I鈥檒l be contacting my bank to reclaim my money.

I needed DIY fly screening for my new conservatory. Buzzstop gave me a good selection of usable products with quick delivery from stock at good prices. What's not to like?? Based on my experience, I can recommend this company.

Ordered & paid 拢110 for a chain link fly screen on 28/05/18. But since then we鈥檝e heard nothing. No progress report, delivery date & definitely no fly screen.

Appalling communication & customer service. Would rate them 鈥榸ero鈥?if that was possible. Either deliver a product or refund our money!!!!

Wednesday 13/06/2018. Thanks for your response Tim and your promise that the delivery would be made today. Well my wife waited in all day and guess what still no fly screen, so we are still in the position where we have made payment for no goods. I get how this works for the profitability of your business but it doesn鈥檛 really work for us.

So Tim to your request that I should change my post, my response is you need to focus on your customer service first.

I also exchanged a number of emails with your colleague Gemma Burgess regarding delivery progress but she didn鈥檛 respond to my ems of 3:44 and 5:24. So back with you Tim really easy questions: where鈥檚 our fly screen? And why do you treat your customers so poorly?

Fabulous door screen, excellent quality. Not cheap but worth every penny. Arrived as promised. Wish we had purchased one last year when we first heard about them.
